I’m sorry but that was the worst hotel stay we’ve ever experienced. Not only were amenities they listed online as open (restaurant and bar) closed, but when we asked the staff if they could recommend somewhere she barely glanced up from her scrolling with a leg propped up on the desk no less to tell us she couldn’t think of anywhere that was open. There was a lot open and it would’ve helped to get some pointers considering amenities we booked for weren’t available....read full review
We are on a long journey and this was the most expensive hotel we booked. It was very disappointing!! The pictures make it look very nice and the cost of the menu at the restaurant also make you think you are staying in a 5 star hotel!! The hotel rooms are old and out dated the carpet was torn and filthy!! I wore my socks the whole time and they are going in the trash!!! What a waste of money!
We had a wonderful time at the white buffalo club. We stayed in a miller park room and it was very clean with everything we would possibly need in the room. Heather and Savannah at the front desk were helpful and pleasant and the housekeeping crew always greeted us with a smile. The location was perfect for lots of restaurants in the square- all walking distance but we did also enjoy having parking at the hotel.
