“Excellent new restaurant in Jackson Hole! Love the Teddy Roosevelt theme, and loved the food even more! Hubby had The Kermit with Cowboy Caviar as the side, and I had the Panama Canal Pasta Primavera - we devoured our meal! The owner (?) came and chatted with us for awhile, as did our waiter, who was amazing, by the way. I think we found our new favorite - just wish we could visit more than once a year.“

“Top tier experience for my sister in laws wedding reception dinner. We had a group of about 14 people which the staff expertly took great care of. We were in a private room at a large table which comfortably sat all of us.

First of all - the cocktails here were incredible. My wife loved their dirty martinis (and so did everyone else as we probably had 20 of them come to the table). I had grilled pineapple spicy tequila cocktail which was one of the best I've had in my life. Perfectly balanced.

The appetizers of the tartare pizza and the salmon pancakes, and the crudo were as beautiful as they were tasty.

I had the bison ribeye med rare and it was so good. I figured I would not be able to order a bison ribeye very often, so I took the chance and it did not disappoint.

The service was perfect, they were sensitive to our every need and took awesome care of everyone. Big thank you to the staff!

Order the focaccia, you won’t be disappointed. The small comes in 4 pieces with a butter spread and a basil infused oil.

We ordered the wild game pasta and the snap pea risotto. Both had super great flavors.

We wrapped it all up with a piece of the olive oil cake with whipped cream and macerated strawberry's. I could've done without the strawberry's but the whipped cream and cake were super delicious.“

Lastly, order the 32 oz bison tomahawk if it’s available as an off menu item! “My husband and I recently spent four nights at The Rusty Parrot... it was the perfect ending to our trip through Yellowstone. The hotel has such a warmth, not only by the overall ambience, but from the staff as well. Our room was right off the mezzanine with access to the cozy area by the fireplace and exit to the deck with a hot tub and fire pit. All day long there is complimentary coffee, tea, cookies, and bar service there. We met people from all over the world and are still connected to some of those people we met in that space. I can’t recommend this place enough!“

“I really like this place. Ordered takeout, my wife loved the gyro and the fish I had was great. I would, however, prefer deep fried pickle spears rather than chips, but the portion was big and the dipping sauce was great. And I bought a bottle of tequila from the liquor store in the front of the house“

“My husband and I spent 4 nights at the White Buffalo while in Jackson. The suite was amazing and comfortable! My husband used the kitchen to cook omelets every morning and I loved the drawer dishwasher! The staff cleaned and restocked our towels daily! All of the staff were friendly and took care of any needs we had. Room service was fast and delicious! We also ate at the restaurant and it was absolutely delicious! If I am in the area again I will not hesitate to book here again!“

“Lots of places to get a tea, or coffee, in Jackson, in fact there are at least two other Starbucks. However, only the Starbucks at Smith’s has Rita working there, so it’s the only one worth going to! I once mentioned to her that I was taking a tea back to Teton village for my girlfriend and she made sure that it was made extra hot to last the 20 minute drive. I came back a week or so later and she not only recognized me but asked if I needed my drink extra hot for the drive. Ever since, I make it a point to stop in at this location. Coffee and tea tastes the same when you go to chains, but if you want someone who smiles, greets you with genuine care, and wants to make your drink perfect, stop in to the Starbucks at Smiths and say hi to Rita. You’ll be happy that you did!“

“Catering Review! We used Jedediahs to cater a large brunch and were so pleased with everything! They helped me with my event on short notice and the food was absolutely delicious! The set-up was beautiful and professional as well. It was exactly what we needed and we'd 100% recommend them for another event.“
