We had risotto take a way and my husband was very happy but unfortunately I couldn't eat it because of the corn 🌽 . I made a mistake of not looking at the website menu and went according to Google map menu and on that it said it was ricotta with champagne braised leeks and not corn.. so please take note of that
The food was excellent and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We were early for our table and the hostess got us drinks while we waited. We were seated quickly and our waitress and the manager checked on us regularly. The salads and pasta dishes were especially good. Highly recommend.
Excellent dinner and one of our favorite meals in Jackson! The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. We would definitely come back and highly recommend Trio to anyone visiting Jackson.

Trio | An American Bistro offers excellent food and service, with a cozy indoor atmosphere and a great location in town. Popular menu items include the soup of the day, steak tartare, risotto with scallops, pork chop, and a highly-recommended burger. The waffle fries, blue cheese fondue, and mushroom pizza also receive praise. The daily fish special was plated beautifully and the pizza was fantastic. The Shishito peppers were out of this world. The Rib eye, cooked to perfection, and the Spring Pea Risotto with outstanding shrimp are some of the best meals ever had. This establishment has great service, providing great recommendations and attentive service. The staff is top-notch, with servers who are so fun and friendly. Cocktails are good, and the food is consistently phenomenal, making Trio a gem in Jackson. Be sure to save room for the olive oil cake and the blue cheese fondue with waffle fries.
