Excellent food. Excellent service. And a great indoor atmosphere. An awesome restaurant with a great location in town and menu. Our server Kelly had exceptional customer service with spot-on recommendations. The poblano sweet potato soup, waffle fries, pork chop, and burger were all fantastic! We will return for every visit to Jackson hole.
Such an amazing restaurant. The burger is to die for!! One of the best burgers I’ve ever had. Juicy, flavourful, just like fairies moonwalking on my tongue! Absolutely AMAZING! And the waffle fries with the blue cheese fondue, arggg, just FANTASTIC!Was in Jackson for a week and went to trio for 2 nights. The first night I had a mushroom pizza and my boyfriend has the mussels and enjoyed those meals. BUT the burger is soooo much yummier! Their drinks are also good!!

Great soup of the day paired with steak tartare. Only problem was not knowing they had an olive oil cake, so we were too full to try it. Going back tonight to get it for take out. Risotto with scallops added was delicious.
