“Holy Tamoly, what an amazing place! The Old Fairhful Inn is full of history, natural beauty, amazing architecture & Strategic placement amongst the many geysers. Nestled in the most stunning landscape of Wyoming, the creation of this Inn & National Park is an American wonder. If you can book early enough, do stay in the original section of the Inn (opened in 1904). You can still smell the aroma from the pines it was built from! Step back in time and enjoy the natural wonders that are Wyoming!
Added Note: no wifi, AC, TV, refrigerator unless the frig is needed for an Rx. This was a refreshing change, we loved it! We rented Starlink mini for wifi access as I had to work a bit on our wild, wild west holiday adventure! 🤠👢🤠“

“Hands down the best food in Yellowstone after eating in 8 different places during our stay. Filet mignon was the best steak we could remember. Idaho trout and lamb lollipops were outstanding. Soup, dessert, and drinks were great. Our server Andie was an absolute joy to be around and our water server kept us well hydrated. We loved the look and atmosphere too.“

“We dined here during our stay and had a generally good experience. The ambiance is lovely and the service was absolutely top-notch. For starters, we loved the Chana Masala cauliflower soup and the Mediterranean plate. For our main courses, the eggplant napoleon was delicious, though the vegan bolognese fell a bit flat and wasn't that great. Overall, it's a very convenient and enjoyable dining option if you're already staying at the hotel!“

“Had lunch here during my recent stay at Yellowstone, and was pretty impressed by their vegetation option. The bean patty burger was great and surpassed my expectations (caused by the previous veg burger I had at the mammoth springs location).
Service was great and chef explicitly told us that he prepared the food separately.
Combined with the retro diner atmosphere, this was the best dining experience I had inside the park.
Only drawback were the crinkle fries were a bit hard, though the large burger was enough to compensate.
Highly recommend Canyon Lodges in general for their veg options with the burger, pizza and pho options.“

“The tacos are $5 each and you can’t complain about them. They weren’t that many vegetarian options which was a bummer. There was an incident when we were there where a teenage girl was dipping her fingers into the salsa bar and then licking them repeatedly. The restaurant handled this very well (threw out everything in the salsa bar and replaced with new immediately), so I think the employees take the place seriously.“

“We read the reviews and knew there is limited seating. So we planned to buy the prepared wrapped sandwiches and sides in the morning, and carry them for our lunch after a walk on the nearby trails. The sandwiches were very good – they seemed fresh, had good flavor, and were at a reasonable cost. The staff was friendly, and the line moved quickly, so, based on our experience, we would rate the Bear Paw Deli highly as a source for prepared food. A reminder, though, to plan ahead for your seating, as there are only a few tables in the deli. If you park in the Old Faithful Inn lot, it’s only a short walk to your car.“

“Not the biggest selection of food but still good enough. The service was a tad annoying because even though we were the first ones in line and the only ones there for a few minutes, we still had to go back and start an order on the screens. Seemed dumb and unnecessary.“
