Had lunch here during my recent stay at Yellowstone, and was pretty impressed by their vegetation option. The bean patty burger was great and surpassed my expectations (caused by the previous veg burger I had at the mammoth springs location).
Service was great and chef explicitly told us that he prepared the food separately.
Combined with the retro diner atmosphere, this was the best dining experience I had inside the park.

This full-service restaurant had a line around noon, but fortunately, it didn't take too long to be seated and served. The Pepsi came with refills, but my mom thought it tasted a bit flat. The tomato basil soup, classic beef burger, and fries came out fresh. Of the limited options in the Canyon Village area, I would say it is the better of the options available.
