We are one breakfast here while staying in Moran Lodge (on-site). We ate early (around 7 am) and we’re surprised at the long line. Even more surprising was the cold food. They seemed to have cooked everything “in the back” and then brought it out in huge dishes to serve cafeteria style with no way to keep the food warm. The servers clearly were tired, or didn’t like serving. It was an uninspiring meal. The next day we drove to Old Faithful Inn for a better breakfast.
Canyon Eatery exceeded our expectations. Note, we visited in mid-September, but we found the service was quick, food was tasty (for quick serve), and the staff friendly. They had limited gluten free options, but we made it work. Our first night, we took our dinner “to go” and ate by Artist Point!

Place was packed, but the line moves fast.This place is probably packed no matter when you go here, specially, during meal times.The service was really good.
