“We wanted to sit down and be served while at the Canyon village and this was the only option for lunch.
We had the burgers and I was worried the Bison burgers would be too dry because they are a dry meat and the server mentioned that they have to cook them well done. I was pleasantly surprised. The burgers were juicy and tasty. The lettuce, tomatoes and pickles were very fresh. The fries that came with it were crispy and good. Which made me think the chili fries would have been great as well.
The food came out in a flash and my server (I think her name was Mylani) was very nice and helpful.
We did sit by the back door and I would recommend that they hold off deliveries through that door to a different time or door while people are eating there.“

“My family of 4 had dinner June of 2026. The view is beautiful and the service was good. They were really busy, so it’s understandable the servers were very busy and the kitchen was backed up. But enjoy the view and the company you are with. My only complaint is paying $180 to eat a dinner with my family. It is the most expensive meal I’ve had in the 5 days we spent in Yellowstone. The menu is small, but the food was good. Kids got lobster Mac-cheese, I had a salad with salmon and my wife had smothered chicken. Everyone enjoyed their meal. We also had onion rings, and they were delicious.“

“Only place in the park that has good food! Sick of burgers, nachos and chilli? Go to the Canyon Lodge Eatery (across the lot, not next to the visitor’s center.) For lunch, we had great Pho. Came back for rotisserie chicken, mashed potatoes and green beans for dinner. Ice cream located at one end and I heard there is a bar with big bison burgers at the other end. So nice to finally have a good meal. Pricey like all food in the park but at least it was good.“

“We went for dinner. We made reservations in advance. It's very busy during the summer season so we still had to wait in line but not long at all. Nice atmosphere, the buffet was delicious and the service was great. Our waiter was very polite and kind and he arrange a birthday song/dessert for a member of our party. Only downside is it's quite expensive. They also really pack people in since it is so busy. The Inn itself is a cool rustic building and atmosphere.“

“As a national historic landmark, Old Faithful Inn is the most requested lodging facility in the park. Built in 1903-1904 with local logs and stone, the Inn is one of the largest log-style structures in the world. The towering lobby features a massive stone fireplace and a hand-crafted clock made of copper, wood, and wrought iron serving as focal points. It’s always been a dream to stay here and finally we did it . We were so happy . Highly recommended place while you are visiting the Yellowstone NP.“
