The atmosphere is fun but it’s very crowded. We did have to wait to be seated. We had 4 adults and 2 kids in our group. We couldn’t even be seated together. We had to be separated. I had a 5 month old baby in a car seat and it was cramped I didn’t have hardly any room to put her car seat anywhere. The food was good though. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich and really enjoyed it. All the burgers and sandwiches come with fries.

5-stars for the fact that this place exists to serve food in the center of Yellowstone National Park, and has friendly service. The food is basic. But, let’s be honest, you don’t come here for a gourmet meal. You come because you want to stay in the Park enjoying the views and the experience. We enjoyed our burger and chicken sandwich. But they won’t be the best you’ve ever had, and I would never expect them too.Keep an eye on the hours as they can change depending on the season.Kid-friendliness: They have kid menus and high chairs.

The food was fantastic simple diner type meals and the service was good. The grilled cheese sandwich with bacon was perfect. Also loved the root beer float and chili. It gets pretty busy during normal lunch hours.

They need to fix the hours for the store. We went in the general store at ~5pm, the sign in the store said take out till 6pm. We headed back to our place to drop off gear and we were back at 5:30 and they closed. At the time of writing this, google shows they are open until 7pm. We were not here in an off season so I’m not sure if they shutdown early or… normal National Park quirks? Also the food at the Canyon Eatery, where we had to go, was horrible. So if you are in this pickle go find something else.

Junk food, junk food, junk food. This can be said for all the locations throughout the park. So sad to see all those tourists from all over the world being served the worst food just to maximize profits. No real choice in the park. Overpriced lodging and junk food. Buy healthy food before getting to the park, stay in a hotel by the West entrance and avoid buying anything in the park but gas.

Not the greatest food in the world, but it’s not too bad and let’s face it, you’re pretty hungry. We had a bison burger and some chili. It was good. You sit at a counter so the service is fast and they’re pretty attentive. You talk to the other people sitting around you and next thing you know, you’ve made a new friend! It’s a pretty good store too. Not a bad place to pick up a T-shirt or 2.Parking: You just circle for a bit until someone is leaving. There’s always someone leaving.

This is a nice place to stop after seeing all the great outdoors. Little gift shop, clean bathrooms, and some hot food. Black bean burger was good and the chicken sandwich was good, cooked very well. Server let us know up front that burgers are cooked well done.

Cold Chicken burger and cold black bean burger, worst burgers. Fries are little hot and average. If you are hungry and nothing is around try it. Do not even think of ordering cappuccino. It’s a disgrace for drink. Water taste much better . Overall

Niet goed. Broodje was erg droog, tomaat en sla werd onder het broodje gelegd. Limonade erg zoet. Voor de prijs krijg je slechte kwaliteit.

I thought this place was great! We both thought the burgers were great as well as the soda and fries. It has a fun look, great server, and quick seating. We were starving and it really hit the spot! Definitely recommend! Only wish the AC was better.

Had a great experience here. We went at an odd hour on a weekday and were seated right away. For a place in Yellowstone, we really enjoyed it. The fries were great. The burgers weren’t anything exceptional, but they added some cool toppings. The service was great, they were very friendly.
