Snake River Brewing is conveniently located in Jackson and was walking distance from our hotel this year we ended up going twice. TBH the smoked chicken pasta dish cream sauce could be thicker (taste was fine, just a very runny watery sauce). They redeemed themselves back to our previous expectation the next day though with the grain salad and the fig and pig pizza. Both were excellent. I do like their beer as well, the Jenny Lake Lager (a Vienna lager) is a classic.
Went for late lunch, no wait, started filling up after we got there with early dinner crowd. Fire made for nice and cozy environment. Pulled pork sandwich and BLT were both enjoyed. Cob salad was good, star of meal was my selection, beet salad. So good, I didn't want to share a bite with anyone.

Great Beer!! The Jenny Lake lager is one of my all time favorites. Food is also good. I recommend the pig & peach pizza. Their seasonal offerings are well worth it. Great people and great local Jackson place.
