Ordered ahead as I did not want to wait and the order was incorrect again. They acted like it was my fault it was wrong, and I should have taken what they made me. No apologies, just here is your new drink. It's a little frustrating.
By far the best coffee experience in Jackson Hole. Derya and Minerva are the friendliest baristas I’ve ever had the pleasure to buy coffee from. They ask how you’re doing and always remember your face while they greet you with a huge smile. This morning some horrible customers got angry over something the baristas had no control over causing a huge scene. Lots of places to get a tea, or coffee, in Jackson, in fact there are at least two other Starbucks. However, only the Starbucks at Smith’s has Rita working there, so it’s the only one worth going to! I once mentioned to her that I was taking a tea back to Teton village for my girlfriend and she made sure that it was made extra hot to last the 20 minute drive.
