Lots of places to get a tea, or coffee, in Jackson, in fact there are at least two other Starbucks. However, only the Starbucks at Smith’s has Rita working there, so it’s the only one worth going to! I once mentioned to her that I was taking a tea back to Teton village for my girlfriend and she made sure that it was made extra hot to last the 20 minute drive. I came back a week or so later and she not only recognized me but asked if I needed my drink extra hot for the drive. Ever since, I make it a point to stop in at this location. Coffee and tea tastes the same when you go to chains, but if you want someone who smiles, greets you with genuine care, and wants to make your drink perfect, stop in to the Starbucks at Smiths and say hi to Rita. You’ll be happy that you did!

I've tried this location 3 times now and each time was the worst drink I've ever gotten from a Starbucks. I've asked them to remake them once and they were worse than the original drinks. Literally undrinkable. I dont know how they can make it so awful.

This Starbucks is in the Smiths Grocery Store. It was a nice treat to sip on a great cup of coffee while shopping in Smiths. The staff was friendly.

Ordered ahead as I did not want to wait and the order was incorrect again. They acted like it was my fault it was wrong, and I should have taken what they made me. No apologies, just here is your new drink. It's a little frustrating.

The staff here…wouldn’t scan my card in the app to add cash, or for points. (I don’t have a physical card anymore, and always use my app to pay/points). Said they couldn’t, but I’m guessing they didn’t know how to. I believe they were not nationals, but regardless I was a bit surprised at how they related with the customers. Kinda upset almost. IDK. Cool accents tho. :) Prob just tired of all the tourists ?

this starbucks always gets my orders wrong! I have never been satisfied with a single order I place here.

I just stood there waiting to be acknowledged while the young man at the register chatted away with a young girl who was buying nothing They were talking about where she works and what she does and just let me stand there. Finally I just left. It’s disgusting that Starbucks or any business would allow this.

By far the best coffee experience in Jackson Hole. Derya and Minerva are the friendliest baristas I’ve ever had the pleasure to buy coffee from. They ask how you’re doing and always remember your face while they greet you with a huge smile. This morning some horrible customers got angry over something the baristas had no control over causing a huge scene. Despite their manager being there and not stepping in, they both handled the situation like champs! I would have lost my nerves a long time ago if I had to deal with some of the people they deal with. Cannot recommend this Starbucks enough, the customer service goes above and beyond!

This is my go to Starbucks. The whole staff is friendly and my almond milk latte is perfect every time. Derya is especially welcoming, she remembers me and my drink as soon as I walk up.

Starbucks is lucky to have Derya. She’s friendly, caring and always has a smile. I look forward to going to Smith’s and having coffee at Starbucks.

I've always had an excellent experience particularly at this location. The crew is awesome! Minerva and Derya are extremely NICE! Not sure what the previous comment was about, especially the restroom part since the fact that this is not a standalone SBUX but rather locates inside a grocery store. Sounded like miserable people are always stay miserable, even on vacations:)

Was going to grab drinks together after grocery shopping but as soon as we walked up and talked about it together, the guy working rushed over to threw a "Closed" sign over the registers... at 3pm...? Even the hours sign nearby said they were open until 8pm. Little weird, seemed like he just didn't want to take another order. (Only one guy waiting on a drink ahead of us)
