Wonderful cozy Italian eatery. We had burratta salad, bone marrow, fussili and bison steak, which were all fantastic. Great bartender and drinks. We'll be back for sure.

We first visited Glorietta Trattoria when in Jackson last year, based on a recommendation from Alpine House where we were staying. We loved it so much we ate there I think 3 times during our trip, and looked forward to eating there again on our trip this year. But we will never go back.

I left a message last Friday to see if we could get a reservation that night. The host called back a few hours later and said she could get us in at 5 or 5:30. I told her we were in Yellowstone and couldn't get back before 6. The only slot she had available was 8, so we grabbed it, and killed time while waiting for our dinner reservation. When we got there, our name wasn't on the list, and when I pulled up the confirmation email (which I hadn't seen because we had no signal for several hours), I saw that it had been made for the 19th. The host said that she was the one I had spoken with, and that I had said the 19th. What?? I left a message seeking a reservation for that evening, and on the phone had a discussion with her about our being in Yellowstone and unable to get back to Jackson for a few hours. She was (rudely) adamant that the mistake was on my part and said the best she could do was add us to a list to be seated later that evening.

Look, everyone makes mistakes. But her interaction with us was ludicrous. She was arrogant and unhelpful, unwilling to consider that the mistake was hers. Very disappointing.

Felt like we were at a fast food restaurant. We ordered and five minutes later our food was delivered. Way over priced. I had a pasta dish that may have had 20 pieces and cost $31.
They charged for bread and the wine price was outrageous. A real tourist trap

They have handmade pasta it’s really delicious. My favorite one is Hamachi yellow tail and Burrata. They have good choice of menu and amazing cocktails. Service is amazing 😁I highly recommend this place.

One of the host is a dark haired girl with a mole/freckle that had horrible customer service.

They told us that we needed to sit outside while we wait for a table and a server came out and took drink orders for quite literally every single person out there, including the people that were sharing a table with us, except for me and my loved one. Kind of disappointing because it’s an anniversary for us so we were looking to really enjoy our night and instead got the opposite. Unfortunate.

Glorietta was hands down our favorite dining experience in Jackson Hole. The staff was incredibly warm and went the extra mile to accommodate to our needs. One person in our group is vegan with specific dietary restrictions and the Chef came out and worked with us on what she could eat.

On top of everything, the food was delicious. We had the hamachi crudo and Wyoming crostada appetizers. We tried almost all the pastas and they were all delicious. I particularly liked the spaghetti, rigatoni, and fusilli. I would come back to Jackson Hole and dine here every night :)

The absolute best food and service we had our entire 11 day trip! Highly recommend the Caesar salad, meatballs, and bolognese! Such a cute space as well. Wish we could eat there every day!

Overpriced & underwhelming. Food was mid. Not worth the $40 for spaghetti and butter and a dash of truffle. However, highly recommend the tequila drink on their cocktail menu… divine !!! It’s a great place for drinks. Ambiance is chefs kiss, food not so much.

I really wanted to like this. The hostess and server were both very lovely people which is the only reason I didn’t demand a full refund. They were out of two different items we wanted, the pasta sauce (rigatoni) tasted like canned tomato sauce and there was a single bite of meat in the sauce. The cheese reminded me of the crumbles you get in a can. The drinks were fine but $$$.
