We’ve been coming to Jackson for years, and Glorietta Trattoria has quickly become our favorite restaurant in town. The food is consistently excellent. The elk bolognese is incredible and has become our son’s favorite dish. The Caesar salad is to die for, and the ravioli genuinely reminds us of our trip to Italy a few years ago.
The drinks are surprisingly great, better than many places we go to in New York City. Desserts were a highlight as well, especially the tiramisu and the chocolate dessert.

Beautiful warm and inviting dining experience. From the moment I walked in, the hosts greeted me with warm smiles and genuine greetings. I am traveling solo, so I opted to sit at the bar, where I was treated wonderfully by the staff. I had the spinach parpadelle dish, and was blown away by the flavors. The pasta was perfectly al dente and the flavors were impeccable. I highly recommend this gem for anyone traveling to Jackson looking for a lovely dining experience! Thank you!

Glorietta is an easy yes for dinner in Jackson.
Sat at the bar and had a great experience from start to finish. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and consistently attentive without being intrusive.
Every dish we tried was excellent, from salads to pasta, with portions ranging from good to generously sized. The tiramisu was an ideal way to end the meal.
Atmosphere strikes a perfect balance of elevated yet relaxed—not too loud, and very comfortable for conversation. This is a spot I will happily and eagerly return to whenever I am in Jackson.

Had the most delicious meal, such a cosy atmosphere. We sat at the bar and our server was so friendly, and had great recommendations (wine and food!). A really good crossover between Italy and Wyoming. Best dining experience we had in Jackson. Highly recommend.

Incredible pasta, tasted so fresh and perfectly balanced. Potatoes were also amazing, crispy and salted perfectly. Bone marrow was great, but we ended up taking off most of the toppings (personal pref). Service was a bit slow, but I think it was a fluke. Great bar and chill but upscale atmosphere. Felt like dining at a regular spot even though we were in from out of town.

The food, drinks, and service culminated in an exceptional experience. It was our last evening in Jackson and we found genuinely great quality product and sincere care for service. Tyler and his team run one heck of an operation. Special thanks to Bernadette, Solamia, bartender John, and the kitchen. It truly was an experience that I would recommend to all. If you want to leave your Jackson visit on a spectacular high note, save Glorietta for last. Also, Pearl Street Bagels is great... grab a bagel on the way to the airport and you'll leave wanting to come back, just don't ask for it toasted.
