Häagen-Dazs Ice Cream Shop

Visited here after a long day at Grand Teton. I got their salted cookie dough flavor and this really hit the spot

Like every Haagen-Dazs location, there was a line to get ice cream. We had a shake and a two scoop cone. Both were very good. The line moved quickly. Recommend.

I don’t remember Häagen-Dazs being this overwhelmingly sweet, but that’s exactly how the Midnight Cookies and Cream sundae tasted to me. While the texture and quality were definitely there, the sweetness was just too much—I couldn’t get through more than a few bites. The Belgian Chocolate flavor was decent, but nothing standout.

Banana Split was amazing!! I’d definitely recommend it to someone. It was a little pricey but still good!

This place is a family tradition with every trip to Jackson! It’s delicious and a blast to visit the employees that are there year after year!

This place is a great little stop to grab some sweet treats! The staff are amazing and super helpful. The only reason it's not a 5 star... The ice cream is really not great. It's 3 star ice cream but 5 star service, local and convenience!

I am giving this Location a one star, due to rude an unacceptable behavior of the woman working at the store on Saturday December 7th, 2024. We ordered a Banana split. With cheesecake ice cream the woman started the request, She instead started to make a cheesecake sundae, when we informed her, she was not making the the right thing. She became upset and started, digging with her, unloved fingers into the into the cup to remove the graham crackers. she proceeded to tell my husband, do you mind if there’s still a few graham crackers in there he said I guess not! Then she started to make the Banana split, she then put pineapple in it, which my husband doesn’t like I told her that, and again she started digging in the cup with an unloved hand, my husband got really upset and said just leave it!!! She left out any syrup, This woman was rude for the rest of us ordering!! Very unpleasant!!! For in formation, we live 2 hours from Jackson, and we go to this store every time we come to town. Which is like 6-10 times a year!! We order this same Banana split, we have never been treated this bad, and we likely will never go back!!

I've been coming to Häagen-Dazs for over a decade. My go-to is the Belgium chocolate. For me it's the best chocolate ice cream that I've ever had. I say this not just because of the its great taste but also the friendly service that I always get. I've been to other ice cream shops but to I consider Häagen-Dazs to be the best in town.

The owner was extremely rude. When she asked if she could help us, I simply stated to her that we were all together and her comment was so does that is that mean, you don’t want my help? Was simply trying to tell her if she needed to go to somebody else she could, and she was extremely rude. Wished I had not continued with my purchase there.

I asked for a small Oreo and cookies with mini chocolate chips and the guy thought I meant another flavor and I was like no like the topping chocolate chip. He gave me brown sprinkles……and my bf asked for a small and they gave him a mini. If you’re not gonna be able to understand the customers you shouldn’t be front of house.
