Hatch is a blink, and you'll miss it, gem in the heart of Downtown Jackson Hole. I strongly recommend the pulled pork tortilla soup and pulled pork enchiladas Verdes. If you enjoy Tequila, they have a great selection of top shelf, along with a great list of house specialty drinks.
The atmosphere is very warm and inviting with simple authentic South Western Mexican vibes. Strongly recommend a quiet visit on early Saturday afternoon. Even at a lively time, the noise level is moderate and comfortable for normal conversation.
The staff are all very attentive and engaging. You definitely feel the level of pride they take in their brand.

The food was good as far as the tacos but the chips for the chips and salsa were very salty. The service on the other hand is another story. I think their eyes were too big for their mouth and they didn’t have enough service. Me and my wife were without drinks for minutes when the bartender could see our glasses in plain view from where we sitting.
Parking: Very limited. You’ll prolly have to walk a couple blocks

This spot is absolutely perfect for brunch with freshly made dishes. The brunch options are fantastic, not to mention the delightful cocktails and desserts they offer. The service is quick and good! We ordered Huevos Rancheros, and it was different from most East Coast places and tasted freshly prepared.

if you go for breakfast/brunch GET THE SPICY SAUSAGE TACOS
others in my party got carne asada tacos and huevos rancheros. We agreed the spicy sausage tacos were the best. a little disappointed in the huevos rancheros, the carne asada tacos were exactly how you’d expect.
great food though it did take forever to get the check. in fact after clearing away our food he never returned to give us the check even after flagging down a separate server we ended up having to walk around and find him to pay.
Terrible service. Have to chase around a server to be able to close out your tab. Water never refilled & never checked on. Takeout experience is just as bad, no one answers the phone and charge auto gratuity for poor service?! No thanks. Then they cancel your order. Tons of restaurants in Jackson. Save yourself the hassle and go down to ANY other place.
