I had an amazing experience at Hatch Taqueria this past weekend! My friends and I were in Jackson Hole for a marathon, and Hatch turned out to be the perfect spot to refuel and relax. The salmon tacos were absolutely delicious — perfectly cooked and packed with flavor. We also ordered queso fondue with chips, which was rich and cheesy, and the guacamole was super fresh and well-seasoned. Everyone’s food looked amazing, and one of my friends really enjoyed the breakfast burrito...
Why this is a 4.0 I don’t know. Incredible food and even better drinks. Can’t go wrong with dinner or brunch. Must haves: Esquites (dinner), elk quesadillas (dinner), and pulled pork burrito (brunch)…. Also be sure to grab a spicy hatch and michelada.

Overpriced, mediocre food. I would guess the guac and salsas are from a jar. Margarita was nice though, 3 stars for that. I would skip the shrimp tacos & fajitas
