During the busy season it’s hard to find a good place to eat that doesn’t have a 1 hr+ wait time for dinner. This restaurant got us right in, and it seems to be fairly new. They serve complimentary chips and salsa, which are delicious! And the margaritas are fantastic! I got the Fajitas Mixtas and the flavor was absolutely incredible. My husband got the carne asada burrito, and let’s just say it was a very quiet dinner in the best way! Definitely will be returning when we visit Jackson again!

The service was okay, but they need to improve their customer service. The cashier was overly interested in asking personal questions to the customer in front of me, and I ended up waiting a long time until she finished her conversation.

Great place to stop in while in Jackson, Wy we had the Michoacana , highly recommend and come hungry!!! Pulled pork, with onions and cilantro and nice spicy sauce and pico. The Fries were fresh without the old grease after taste. Staff was awesome and took great care of us.

When they first opened the food was great. Then they changed the menu 2 times from bad to worst. The last 2 times i went i paid and left the food because it had no flavor at all. I wont ever be back. The maracuya drink is great and the service is great but the food isnt. Great place for parties just not to eat.

Our first visit to Kalu. Carne asada, 2 kinds of tacos, and guacamole were all very good. Margaritas are large and the house margarita with upgraded tequilla was best. Service is friendly and prompt. Lots of TV’s for watching your favorite sports. Generous portions, good prices and value, nicely done casual ambiance. We look forward to coming back.
