Upscale vibes. Food was very good. Truffle fries and the mac and cheese dish we ordered. Food came out in good time. So the kitchen staff doing good work there. Service painfully slow. Me and my wife only ordered one drink each because of this. Bartender wasnt being purposely neglectful i dont think. She could only work at a slow pace. Maybe she was new. She was friendly.
The service was excellent provided by Calynn - very friendly and knowledgeable. She described the craft beers perfectly and helped us pick out the ideal flights. StillWest is a must-do if you're anywhere near the Jackson area. I will definitely be back!!
I cannot say enough good things about StillWest Brewery & Grill! We were planning our elopement with a group of about 20 people total, Chaney was able to work with me and get a reservation made in a prompt manner. When we arrived (even though a little bit early) the bartender downstairs in the taproom was more than willing to get us some drinks while we waited. We had ordered appetizers to be set out for when our guests arrived and they were delicious! The brussel sprouts...
