Evelyn was one of the kindest and most welcoming people we met during our visit. From the moment we arrived at the ticket office, she greeted everyone with a warm smile and a positive attitude that made us feel comfortable right away. Her genuine enthusiasm and friendly personality created a great first impression and made the experience even more enjoyable.
great experience but very rough trails at the top and could use another viewing deck with benches or us older folks

The experience was great, but there was not anyone at the bottom who could explain the whole process for the zip line. Felt like we were giving bits of information as we got through different phases of the arrival / check in process.
