The stuffed mushrooms, French onion soup, elk loin and cookie skillet were great. The beef loin was very overcooked and chewy. For the price of the food they could definitely go a little heavier on the sides / veggies. 4 pieces of small asparagus isn’t great. Overall, it was a good meal and I would try them again next time we’re in town.

I wish we'd have been hungry enough to try more of the menu. Highly recommend making a reservation due to the small, cozy location. Service and food lived up to the hype.

We were a group of 50 and had reservations at the Blue Lion for dinner. The food was amazing but the service was probably the best we’ve had. Will come back everytime we’re in Jackson Hole.

Great food, great service, even better drinks. But it’s the little things that matter. I got the scallops and it was sauce down first, clearly on a cold plate. That plate should be carried out with a towel it’s so hot. Again. Awesome, just cold. Hope it was constructive criticism
We ordered the stuffed mushrooms. Out of this world. Both the elk tenderloin and beef tenderloin were heavenly. And great bread. Enjoyed listening to the great guitar player while we are. Don't miss out on this place.

Fits the time to visit Jackson Hole and try this special restaurant. Love the excellent location, enjoyed the delicious food and admire the outstanding customer service delivered by Dilan from Turkey. She made us feel like at home! Definitely we will come back!

The server (forgot his name but he had worked there over 30 years) was outstanding. The young man filling water and clearing plates was exceptional. The drink I had was incredible (Doc Holiday). Now for the food. The stuffed mushrooms were ok, they needed salt and pepper. My husband had the elk tenderloin, he had no complaints. I had the rack of lamb. It came a little cooler than I'd like to receive a meal. It was to be served medium. It was medium well to well. The meat itself lacked flavor. I had to salt and pepper it along with the zucchini and potatoes that accompanied. The plated sauce also needed salt. I was not a fan of the mint sauce that came on the side. It tasted of licorice more than mint. For $68, I should have been blown away but the lamb was very disappointing.

I would like to give this restaurant a higher rating, but unfortunately the quality of the food could not make up for the extremely poor service we received while dining here. We were at the restaurant for over an hour, and during that time our waiter only came to the table three times, two of which were to take our orders. I drank my glass of water in the first ten minutes and did not have it refilled until after I had finished my food. For a $140+ meal, I certainly expect the quality of service to match the quality of the food. Very disappointing.

The Halibut and Trout dishes were terrific. As were the Cocktails and Mud Pie dessert. Nice outdoor seating. Very good service.

Don’t miss this cozy spot if you’re visiting Jackson. It’s got great food and great service. The steak is great and so is their soup and elk meatballs.
