The Restaurant at White Buffalo Club

Spectacular steak on salt-block plating. Delicious sides served family style. Service was a notch lower because bar order was lost in the shuffle due to large private party in large gining room. (Our drinks were comped.)

We were in town on vacation. The restaurant is very nice. However, the food wasn't that great, and the service was off a little.

The steak coming out on the salt block was such a fun experience. The service was great and Elk T-bone was awesome! Staff is very kind and on top of things. I took one star off because they have the table so close together for the two tops it’s very hard to talk to the person across from you l.

My fiance and I truly enjoyed our evening. The food was great. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional. The servers were well schooled in the wide selection of wines. Highly recommend.

Let me start i never complain on this site but...Ordered our meals staff friendly seems like good night ahead. Ordered drinks and meals no problems. 20min later waiter tells us sorry just got told we don't have oysters that you ordered. No menu supplied just would you like anything else. No we will just share the bone marrow. 40 min in table next to us already finished starters even arriving 20 min after us.... so I query our starter. Oh sorry it was given to another table by accident we will have one straight our for you so sorry so sorry. Wait another 15min almost 1 hour from arrival tell them just forget bone marrow and bring our mains now. So sorry it is almost ready we will not charge you for the bone marrow for the mix up. All the food arrives and is exceptional. We finish our meals and my wife pays the bill. I find out we were charged the bone marrow after all from my wife. I call that 3 strikes in one night......

I would like to correct your comments below...we received nothing from you and you have not attempted to contact me even after i rang and asked for the manager. Also 3 months ago you commented on another one star they were confused as you don't serve popcorn...we had the same stale popcorn on our visit...try being truthful in your responses.

My experience was exceptional!
From the time I arrived until when I left, Jaden and the rest of the staff gave me the most wonderful service.
Jaden's attention to my needs and desires was perfect. Jaden is very pleasant and personable and gave me great suggestions and information on everything.
The meal, the atmosphere, and especially the service was all perfect!
And Jaden, the suggestion of the salt block was right on.
If for no other reason I would come back for Jaden's service.

The elk t-bone steak special was cooked perfectly and with a delicious crust. The bison short ribs fell off the bone, and were super flavorful. Chef Dillon and our waiter Shea were friendly and attentive. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice dinner.

The best bison filet mignon I’ve ever had! Chef Kyle Bronson and the team did an amazing job—everything was cooked to perfection. The salt block plating made it even more special, adding such a unique touch to the experience. The bone marrow was incredibly rich and flavorful (I honestly wanted more 😍), and the mushroom tempura was so crispy and delicious.

To top it all off, the huckleberry cheesecake paired perfectly with a glass of Malbec 🍷—such a perfect ending to an unforgettable meal!

One of the top five meals of my life. Make sure you have your steak cooked on the salt rock. Fantastic!

Food is good, far from great. In and out in less that hour with appetizers and drinks. Server couldn't really explain or describe any of the dishes but very hard up sell for every dish. Steak was tasty but the tendon was not properly addressed so it made the steak feel homemade instead of proper steakhouse.

This restaurant is an absolute must when visiting Jackson Hole. It gives cozy speakeasy vibes. It has a medium to small seating area so make sure to get a reservation, some would see that as a negative but I actually think it’s great for the atmosphere it has. We sat at the bar and our bartender/server Halil was killing it. He made great drinks and had solid recommendations for food. For the love of God try the braised bison short ribs because it will melt in your mouth (you don’t even need a knife). For dessert we had the flakiest pecan pie (which has officially set the bar for pies). We would’ve loved to try the bone marrow app but they ran out 😩 And for drinks we had an espresso martini (looks lighter in the picture than in person) and red wine (2014 Rioja), both exceptional thanks to Halil.

My husband and I made a reservation for 7pm and when we showed up, the restaurant was about half-empty. Our waiter seated us right in the middle of the remaining cluster. About 10 minutes later, he came back and gave us some water and this stale seasoned popcorn (very dry and seasoning seemed burnt). He took our drink orders. At least another 20 minutes went by and we didn’t even have our drinks. So, now we’re at least 30 minutes into being seated with no drinks and we haven’t even placed an appetizer order yet. We decided to leave in a quiet, respectful way. We notified the manager that we’d be leaving on our way out so they could cancel our drinks. She never once seemed like she cared about the issue that was occurring.

Our waiter seemed really nice, but I don’t know what was going on. It was after the dinner rush, and there were less than 15 people in the restaurant/bar. There’s no reason why someone should be waiting 30+ minutes just to get drinks or place an appetizer order. We’re obviously not looking for fast food turnaround times, but at this price point… I expected significantly better service.

This place just seems like a gimmicky glue trap.

Their service and place is very nice...

Nothing short of outstanding! Kyle and his crew provided great service and the food was the best I have had in JH. Visiting from Atlanta and I was thoroughly impressed. We will be coming back.
