The Wild Sage Restaurant at the Rusty Parrot Lodge

Wild Sage is a lovely fine dining experience in Jackson. If you compare it to other restaurants in Jackson, the service is lovely. The GM, Matt, is wonderful. The small plates are lovely, especially the grilled quail. I have been several times because we are local, and my issue is that the large plates are just too expensive for the quality. If they brought the prices down to something more manageable, I would give the restaurant 5 stars.

Favorite restaurant in Jackson. Menu varies on a regular basis with excellent options. Wine list is superb. Ambience is the best in Jackson unless you are into noisy restaurants where the next table is a foot away. Service is great. Very knowledgeable staff.

Server was great. Food pretty good. My snapper portion was VERY small. Way overpriced. The kids loved their shank dish. The rice dish was a bit bland. The meal was 400$ for 5 people. Only 2 people had a cocktail. Very pricey

Wild Sage was our favorite dining experience in Jackson Hole and that's saying a lot! Our server was terrific, the food was fantastic, whether you want something "different" or an "ol' reliable" meal, Wild Sage can accommodate. Wild Sage is a true "foodies" paradise and we can't wait to return on our next visit. Hats off to the chef and everyone involved with this restaurant. You've put together something truly special.

Fantastic. Special occasion and wild sage team delivered. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice dinner in Jackson. Food was unbelievable, best and highest quality I've had in town.

Wild Sage never disappoints. The staff always goes above and beyond. Chef Hugo is my hero! Creating the most vibrant, delicious plates. This has become my favorite Jackson restaurant to celebrate occasions and take friends when they visit. Well done, as always!

Entrees were slightly above average. Our waiter / server might have had too many tables. He would spill wine when pouring & not clean it up.

Another wonderful evening at Wild Sage. There are many wonderful restaurants in Jackson, but overall In think this is the finest. Ela provided gracious service and the setting is so elegant and serene that it always feels special. The braised bison on heirloom grits was amazing, as was the boar chop. Everything we ordered was exceptional, layered and both complex and harmonious. Our compliments to the chef and the whole team at Rusty Parrot.

We come to Jackson every year but dined her on a whim because our favorite spots were booked and we were incredibly impressed! Honestly, some of the best food we've eaten at a fine dining spot in Jackson. Gorgeous ambience with a great bar area and lovely fireplace. Highly, highly recommend!

We had a delicious meal and fabulous experience for our anniversary at Wild Sage. We usually eat family style so we can taste as many dishes as possible. Scallops were my favorite. Fries salad was excellent. Loved the duck. Every thing was delicious. Great wine pairing. All around wonderful evening.

Harris was a phenomenal server! Food was outstanding and Harris' recommendations were on par.

Quality of food was excellent. I ordered the duck with roasted plumbs. Waiter was very friendly and service was well-done. Environment was very nice with paintings and comfy chairs.

We've always had amazing meals and recommended to all our friends. Something changed last night both my steak and my husbands bison was tough. Service was great, wine excellent and the dessert was delicious

This was the second time I've had dinner at Wild Sage. I was so very impressed in September when I brought a friend and everything was outstanding, truly outstanding. Unfortunately, this experience in December was not at all similar. I brought my family of 5 adults for a birthday celebration. So disappointing. There was such a contrast. This time, the service really could not have been worse. We were given the incorrect menus (only discovered after we ordered!) Reservation was at 5:30 (restaurant was empty with exception of one other table) and we never received our entrees until 6:50 pm. The main chef (Hugo) appeared to not be working and it was mayhem. The food soup was bland, the guinea hen over risotto was only fair and the special (bison) fair as well. Unfortunately, the experience did not live up to what I expected and had previously experienced which was a very fine dining experience. There is much to be said for consistency, especially in this town which enjoys a true fine dining experience. So sorry to leave this review but think it is important to read so that improvements can be made.

Awesome experience for food and atmosphere. The menu changes enough to keep you surprised.
