Truly excellent food and impeccable service. Every one of the three appetizers and three entrees we ordered was perfect in preparation. Fresh, local ingredients and a highly creative menu that I highly recommend. A special mention to Will, our server, who was top-notch and matched the excellence of our food.

The menu is intimidating, but the food is excellent. The service was professional and attentive from the moment we entered the restaurant. We tried the Foccia bread appetizer, which was served with butter and salt smeared on the side of the serving dish. It was an excellent starter that paired well with our bottle of wine (good selection). We ordered the Wild Boar (pork) chop and the Wagyu Strip for our 2 main courses. They were cooked to perfection and served very quickly after ordering. I was expecting a longer wait, and was pleasantly surprised. We ordered the peach crumble and the crème brûlée for dessert, and we enjoyed both choices. The peach crumble was a bit too liquidy, but the flavor was fantastic. The whole experience was opulent and comfortable. If you visit Jackson, you will certainly enjoy your visit to Wild Sage (reservations recommended).

Salmon was chargrilled which should be written or described. Outside burnt inside raw. They remade it for me cooking it some other way and it was outstanding!

Great place to dine in Jackson. Not crowded or hectic atmosphere. Classy decor with great original food. I got a wild boar chop and it was truly outstanding.

Our experience at Wild Sage was wonderful and I highly recommend visiting this restaurant. The service we received from Miriam and Nicole was fantastic! We were celebrating our anniversary and they acknowledged it and treated us with great kindness. Food was very good and specially prepared with unique flavors.

The lamb was delicious, as was the soup and the bread. I did not care for the salad, too much fluffy green stuff.

Love this restaurant, the best in Jackson in 2025. Inventive menu, brilliantly executed, terrific sommelier providing wonderful pairings, beautiful spot and decor, what’s not to like?

An absolutely incredible meal that set the bar for Jackson Hole on our first evening. So much so that on our 3rd and final evening we chose not to finish our meal at a close by restaurant, left and went back to Wild Sage. The meal was exceptional. Hugo is a passionate chef with amazing execution. Among many delicious choices, the tuna tartar and the crème brûlée were of the best I’ve ever had. I would travel here for his choice of sourced ingredients any day.

Not just the best restaurant in Jackson Hole , Wild Sage is truly a world-class dining experience. Chef Hugo is an absolute talent, and the meal I had there was one of the best of my life.
