Truly excellent food and impeccable service. Every one of the three appetizers and three entrees we ordered was perfect in preparation. Fresh, local ingredients and a highly creative menu that I highly recommend. A special mention to Will, our server, who was top-notch and matched the excellence of our food.
The menu is intimidating, but the food is excellent. The service was professional and attentive from the moment we entered the restaurant. We tried the Foccia bread appetizer, which was served with butter and salt smeared on the side of the serving dish. It was an excellent starter that paired well with our bottle of wine (good selection). We ordered the Wild Boar (pork) chop and the Wagyu Strip for our 2 main courses. They were cooked to perfection and served very quickly after...
Our experience at Wild Sage was wonderful and I highly recommend visiting this restaurant. The service we received from Miriam and Nicole was fantastic! We were celebrating our anniversary and they acknowledged it and treated us with great kindness. Food was very good and specially prepared with unique flavors.
