“If you ever have a chance to have the Opera House Cater a Prime Rib Dinner for you, I highly recommend you do it. I haven’t had a Prime Rib as tender and flavorful as the one we had last Friday night. The whole dinner was delicious! Oh and those melting potatoes, wedge salad, dinner rolls and cheesecake squares!
