So, its pretty rough esthetically, but the famous cheesewheel was fun to try. Its definitely good and is more like a fingersteak than anything cheese related, if you're interested. Staff was on top of it, but the place as a whole is pretty run down.
The girl at counter was very nice and helpful. We ordered our food and sat down. Bathroom was clean. Dining area was clean. As I waited for our food I noticed another girl in the grill area vaping which was a huge negative. Our food was prepared and began to eat. The burgers were ok but the fries were rock hard. They were not burnt but just extremely hard and had no flavor. If the fries were better the food rating would have been closer to a four but the big negative was the vaping...
The young lady tonight and I miscommunicated. I wanted a cheese cheesewheel, but the order was put in for a cheeseburger. She quickly corrected it and I had the cheesewheel in 5 minutes. Thanks!
