I don’t understand the bad reviews. Everything about the lodge was great. I actually stayed an extra night because I enjoyed the atmosphere so much. I would rather stay at a place with some character than a cookie cutter hotel.
Service at front desk was great! Very friendly and knowledgeable receptionist that was very prompt in helping us. Really neat decor and rustic appearance of lodge. Room was clean but lighting was very dim with overhead light not working but lamps worked fine. Bath tub looked like it needed a renovation and had a broken knob. Beds were very comfortable and amenities in room like mini fridge and microwave worked well. Great location on a street with serval cute stores around. Plenty...
Older hotel, rooms could be cleaner. Waited 20min for someone to check us in. Tub felt like going to fall through, knob broken, and stopper didn't work for bathing grandson. Very loud location . Needs better curtains, was bright in morning.
