Lady at window was salty and got angry when we asked for extra ketchup she said why do you want extra ketchup it was annoying but also to give her the benefit of the doubt she could have had a bad day or she could have been going thru something still my rating stays 1 star only been to lander once not a good experience

They have the friendliness and faster drive through of any McDonald's restaurants I have been to from all over Texas all the way up to Lander, Wyoming. Excellent service and always friendly staff with my food order correct and staff advise me of allergens that I have identified if they are in any food I order!

Why is this the only McDonald's on the planet that doesn't ever have fresh cooked fries? Isn't there literally an individual screen and an assigned person that only cooks fries? Like all the McDonald's on the earth? In every city, in every state, in every country. Mars probably has fresher fries than Lander, WY

Came through late at night asked to pay for the car behind me. Was told to pull up to 2nd window, once we got there didn't even have an idea what our order was,and told us the wrong price for the other car. Literally took 45 minutes to get our meal. They acted like the were totally CLUELESS. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

We were waiting for our food in drive thru. They tried to give us a smoothie that was covered literally dripping with smoothie all over the outside. We told them we were missing two hash browns they told us to pull forward. We had to wait for 5 minutes at least. When they finally brought them out they only gave us one of the two.

Bathroom were absolutely disgusting food taste old and staff were rude and kept staring and giving rude looks wouldn't recommend
I recently ordered my usual spicey chicken five dollar bag. How much is the small fry supposed to weight? From working at McDonald’s before I remember the bag is supposed to be at least full. Not only was the small get bag nowhere near full, they were freezing. Dissapointed

Dietary restrictions: For diabetes diet order 2 Hot N Spicy McChickens, NO BUNS, extra lettuce & pickles. Use the McChicken patty as the bun with pickles and lettuce inside and make it a pickle sandwich. It's high protein, but the buns are still breaded so don't get more carbs.
Parking: You can get in with a trailer fine. Plenty of room in the parking usually or there is street curb parking behind on a back street. We've parked a semi there before
