Tonight, I received my third, consecutive, messed-up order. #3. I ordered 6 traditional wings with medium sauce, and I received 8 little nuggets that resemble turds from the chicken itself. I phoned the restaurant, was routed to a call center, then redirected to the store. Zach was apologetic and made it right by sending one of their drivers (not a Door Dasher) to deliver the correct order of wings. Busy or not, please double-check the orders for accuracy. I miss the original days of Pizza Hut when the lobby was open and full of guests, the food was good, and there was no charge for the Pan pizza.

The workers totally discriminate. We ordered the Super Supreme and the Cinnabons. The pizza was made wrong, and the toppings weren't fresh at all, and they only gave us 8 Cinnabons instead of 10. When we went to tell them, they told us that 8 is how many came in that now, and they're still charging the same amount for 8 as they did the 10, but on the website it says there are 10. There was a sign that said there was no dine in because they were short staffed, yet there were 2 Indian families dining in. We will not be ordering from Pizza Hut for a while until they decide to treat everyone equally.

If I could give no stars I would. They charged me FOUR times for my order once I looked at my credit card. Over 100$ for one pizza that I never even received. I ordered, paid and tipped the driverâŠand they just never delivered it. They never answered their phone, nothing.

Ordered online, email said it would be ready in 15 min, I arrived to total confusion. Older person was a server, im guessing a new hire was working cash register? Pizza maker was frantic with about a dozen pizzas waiting in oven, she had no idea where my order was, and now a line of 8 people waiting to get there orders. Sorry to say I left with out paying for my order and went to McDonald's.

I was tired from the long day on the road it was 8:00 pm and when we were about to walk in there was a sign it said âyou canât sit down because they are low on staffâ so we go in. When we started to the guy that was taking our order can only talk so low you canât hear him then the guy cooking the pizza said he didnât know what to do. Donât come to this place no one here knows what to do.
Pizza was 40 minutes late, order was completely wrong and pizza was ice cold. Ordered a sausage got a meat lovers ?Blonde manager lady was so rude and as I stood at the counter waiting for my ridiculously late order she told me to âsit downâ she was going as fast as she could. I would never return here mainly because of her and her condescending attitude! There were about 5-6 people experiencing the same thing as me and she was equally rude to them all. Everyone expressed their displeasure in not only the wait but her horrible attitude.

I ordered a pizza from Pizza Hut I ordered 2 pizzas actually a meat lovers and a pepperoni with some cinnamon twist and it was 2 hours I called them I asked where's my delivery was they said oh well we don't have a driver which this could have been told to me 2 hours prior and I would have my stuff in 5 minutes so yeah no more Pizza Hut for me. They also informed me that they had ordered DoorDash and I got a text saying that they would be there by 210 / 230 I called them back and by 245 I was Up there I got my pizza and I am done and I let them know that they could have let me know About not having the DoorDash driver not Show up

My wife ordered two pizza's for delivery and the total was $60 we waited over an hour and they finally decided to call her. They said they have no driver's so we were going to go pick it up then they said one of those pizza's were burnt and they don't have any more of that kind of dough. Now it's going to take awhile for my wife to get her money back. The last time I ordered there I ordered Hawaiian pizza and they gave me pineapple with pepperoni's, I told them I wanted Hawaiian and they said that was Hawaiian, I had to tell them Hawaiian was pineapple and Canadian bacon.

Absolutely horrible service. Placed an online order about 45 mins in to waiting I called the store to check on my order and got some call service who then transferred me to the store and the phone just rang and rang and rang. Tried again and same thing. I had finally gave up and was going to go into the store the following day. My order finally showed up an hour and a half after I had ordered. The pizza was raw and not even correct and the right sauce wasnât brought for the breadsticks. This store has gone down hill fast and I will no longer support it. I will keep sending my business elsewhere and I will let others know as well. It seems Iâm not the only one with horrible experiences over and over again.

Worst order to date.was only supposed to be 20-ish minutes took almost an hour and when I tried to call and cancel I got routed to a delivery center my food was room temperature and I didn't even get my extra cups of frosting..sad face
