This is a CASH ONLY establishment. The ice cream was good with plenty of options. The service and staff were exceptional as it's hard to find younger people that work hard. The prices are amazing for what you get. I definitely recommend everyone stop here and grab some ice cream if you are passing through!

Icy and low cream content, not locally made (it's Cascade Glacier brand from Eugene OR), Styrofoam cups, cash only in 2024 ? you're better off buying Ben & Jerrys or Haagen at the grocery store

The ice cream portions are pretty large. My girlfriends double scoop cone was more like three scoops, towering over the cone.I ordered chocolate peanut butter and cookie dough. The cookie dough was great, but the peanut butter chocolate was only chocolate. Not sure if she heard me right.Prices are super reasonable given the portions.

While the ice cream is good, the fact that the Scream Shack only takes cash is the reason for a 3 star review. We had to go to 3 different ATMs nearby before we were able to get the cash needed. Come on! Venmo or Square is so inexpensive these days!! Once we were finally able to order, staff wasn't terribly friendly or helpful either. Overall, the whole experience was just "OK".
