Waited 20 minutes in line to be told at the register that they aren't serving the majority of their menu or drinks because of distribution issues. No signs or communication from staff with the majority of the their employees on their cell phones. Lame.

Ordered 2 drinks got charged for 3. When I asked barista he said I was only charged for 2 and very adamant about that fact. Went onto my app to find I was indeed charged for 3, when we ordered and received 2. Sadly we will not be back nor recommend it.

I don’t know why the negative reviews. I am from out of town. My drink was made from the way I wanted. And the person helping me was nice. Friendly, I probably would not go that far, but I do not expect my barista to become my buddy.

Worst Starbucks ever!! Drinks are subpar, train your staff at other Starbucks that make drinks correctly! The drinks are loaded with ice, even when you say light ice! Staff sucks with their gen z attitudes! The line is always long even though they rush making incorrect drinks!

Cashier walked away into the store somewhere after taking order, without giving me a receipt. I waited for a while then thought I would just ask the male worker who gives out the order at the end for one. The male worker could be heard loudly complaining about how he should sue Starbucks about something having to do with decapitation…I asked him if I could get a receipt, since I didn’t get one at the register. He said no, since someone else had been rung up after me. He then walked away and said in a high pitched mocking manner over his should to me, “Sorry, but that’s how registers work”. Poor professionalism and customer service all the way around. Drink was good, but not worth dealing with poor customer service and mocking employees.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Sent my granddaughters over while I shopped in Safeway which is where the Starbucks is located. The woman working refused to make anything for them except hot chocolate. Which neither liked and then I ended buying McDonald's frappes. I directed the girls to not buy if they are not getting what they want. They felt they were treated rudely.
