The steak was a good value and for a serloin had very little fat, the waiter kept our glasses full through the night and the food came promptly.

I love a good Applebees strawberry salad made, well, my way. The kitchen nailed it... almost. Still five stars for the salad as it was delish and was presented very well.
The service, though, was less than adequate. I had to ask for everything, including the dressing for my salad and from another staff member as Emma delivered and dashed. She didn't ask about a refill on my drink nor offered a to-go on my drink. After delivering my salad, she stopped by my table one more time to ask if she could bring the ticket. And, it wasn't a full house either as you can see from the pictures. Food 👍🏻, Service 👎

Carside to go is terrible here ordered on 12/19/2024 and was given a 7:08 pm ready by time, parked in the carside to go parking space at 6:58, waited until 7:20 and finally got tire of waiting and went inside to find my order sitting on the counter, grabbed it and walked out the door, with no interaction with any employee or confirmation of who I was or how I could be helped. Called the manager after picking up my order to see why you no longer get a text to let them know when you show up and all I got were a plethora of excuses that he was short staffed due to the holidays, the app and text service are working intermittently, and the camera system has been down for six months so the carside to go person can't see who's in the parking spaces,yet there's a window on the door? Save yourself the heartache and order carside to go from Chili's

The waitress was very nice and helpful. The beer was good and the fries good too. The chicken sandwich was Absolutely.Disgusting undercooked rubbery, chewy chicken.Nothing worse it was disgusting. The manager gave a little discount. 2 dollars on a 14 doller sandwich that I couldn't eat. Now I'm sick from raw chicken. Never going back.

Service was very slow. Watched staff knock condiments off table and onto the floor. He just picked it all up and put it all back on the table from the floor! Yuck! I won't be returning.

We had a good experience. Staff was very polite, helpful and friendly. Restaurant was super clean. I enjoyed my lunch. Kids enjoyed their lunch. Got exactly what we ordered with no issues. I will stop in again. To get 5 stars from me this has to be the case 3x in a row.

No wait, great Bacon Burger, ice cold beer. Bailey was my waitress. It was her second day but she was a natural. If she didn't tell me, I wouldn't have known it was her second day.
Seems like a good working environment. Everyone knows their job and they get it done with a smile.
Thanks for the hot meal after a 1,000mi journey Applebees. Time to head to Motel 6, pass out and off to Oregon I go tomorrow morning.
Server was horrible, food was ice cold it was my birthday and a friend left because his steak was cold put warm mashed potatoes on top of cold ones. Supposed to get 15percent off entire bill for the 5 but did not receive will not be back took forever to get our cold meals and 20mins. to figure out the 15percent seriously horrible and my birthday. Worked in food service for 16 years at a 4 star restaurant absolutely unacceptable!!!!! Thanks for nothing !!!!!

Waisted was super nice. Food took a while to get. Do not get the Southwest salad, it had way too much soggy rice, and only four tiny tortilla pieces. It was disgusting, so I ate my daughters shrimp, which was delicious.
