“Didn’t sit down for dinner but grabbed some dessert on my way out of town. A very nice bartender was ranting about this carrot cake and I just couldn’t leave Laramie without it.”

“Great little brewery. The environment is absolutely amazing, they provide cribbage if you're into that sort of thing as well. Lovely place to hang out for a couple of hours and enjoy a great brew. Amazing selection of beers and wines, something for everyone. Staff are extremely friendly. There's no other way I would've wanted to spend my Saturday evening!”

“Me and my girlfriend were on the road and called mizu sushi an hour before we arrived. The associate who answerwed the phone was very patient in answering our every queation and making recommendations. Once we arrived our food was waiting for us and still hot. I ate miso soup which wasnt exactly my favorite miso but wasnt bad at all. I had the cowboy roll to go along with my soup and it was absolutely wonderfull. The flavors tasted amazing, held togther pretty well, and easy to chew. I will say it was my first cowboy roll and because of Mizu I plan on having another relatively soon. Looking at the restaraunt on Pick up it seemes pretty spacious and a decent atmosphere and music loved some of the canvas and paintings on the wall. I feel they should add more. I will be visiting again my next time back in town.”

“Pad Thai fries were a solid portion and had good flavor. Beer selection was decent. The staff were extremely nice and friendly. Only complaint I have is some individuals in the front of house were socializing to the point it was unprofessional and some kitchen staff had to raise their voice accordingly. As someone who worked in a kitchen for many years I probably caught an unusual occurrence.”

The first thing that greets you is the rich, aromatic embrace of freshly ground coffee beans, a scent that promises not only a boost of energy but an experience for the senses. The interior is a harmonious blend of rustic charm and modern minimalism, with warm wooden accents and lush green plants that breathe life into the space. The lighting is perfectly dimmed, creating a cozy ambiance that invites you to settle in and stay awhile. What truly sets "Rolling Mill" apart is its commitment to quality and craftsmanship. The staff are not just employees; they are passionate individuals who share their love for coffee and people, making every customer feel like a friend. “Not a firewall 5 stars across the board but close enough to merit the high marks overall. To start, the current GM has only been there for two months and is in progress of making changes for the better after the history of many other GMs for whatever reason. We had a lengthy conversation with him at the end of the shift which was very informative and helpful to know the ideas he has going forth. I wish him all the success in getting these reviewed/approved/implemented because I think they are really good ideas for the place. We will return for sure for another meal here and support him/the place.Service was awesome between the hostess and the waitstaff. Both made sure glasses were full and things were attended to as needed throughout the visit. Many other places could take lessons from these ladies in how to do customer service and restaurant biz, e.g., cleaning other tables or keeping the dining area clean, even when not attending to the customer. It was very good quality service. The starlight ceiling is pretty cool to sit under and eat by. The site specific historical vibe presented throughout is really cool to read, look at, admire, and learn from given the location and the area. I applaud them for that. Would like to see them add some indigenous history for a complete local history relative to the historical vibe they are presenting. Laramie has such a rich history, especially this location. Get the fireplace going and some vibe appropriate music overhead in the background to complete the sitting areas. Now, for the part we all want to read about...the food. It was phenomenal! There was a Valentine's Day menu they made and presented, which did NOT disappoint. Pork Saltimbocca was off the charts with the two breaded pork pieces, the polenta, and the spinach. Tender, creamy, tasteful beyond what many places offer today. I would order it again if they had it on the regular menu, which is not a part of, but was recommend to be or at least make another appearance on a special occasion menu. They should be proud of it! To me, I loved the soda bread and its tie to the western traveler across the land who only had this (or soda crackers) to eat while on horseback or wagon train. The French Onion soup did not cut it for me (not warm enough and lacked a deep broth richness), but I won't hold that against them and the rating. All of the other food seen coming out of the kitchen looked mouthwateringly good and tempting to eat!Thank you Calvaryman for the great Valentine's Day menu and dinner!”
