I didn’t even end up ordering food on my most recent visit. I eventually left and went somewhere else. The staff seemed completely overwhelmed, and there simply weren’t enough people working to handle the lunch rush.
There was only one register open, and it was being staffed by someone who was obviously new and doing their best while the line continued to get longer. Meanwhile, several other employees were sitting in the dining area eating their own lunch.

Amazing customer service. I made a mistake and they helped me make it all better. I will highly recommend this Dairy Queen.
