“We were so glad we stopped in and tried this place! Staff was very helpful and answered all the questions we had. The peanut butter banana protein shake was delish! Great options for gluten free! We will definitely be stopping back in when in town. Prices were reasonable!“
“I’ve been an employee and tenant of the Laramie Plains Civic Center for 2 years and the addition of Sunshine Coffee has been much needed. Not only does the building now offer food and drink outside of its lone Pepsi machine, but it has tremendously enhanced the atmosphere of the south entrance of the building. When I come into the building now, there are smiling faces gathered and great smells of coffee and food filling the space. It feels much more alive than before. The coffee is great. The food is great. (The cookies are my favorite.) The people are great. A huge addition to our building and greater community. Not to mention, it is Wyoming’s first zero waste coffee shop. This also means that it is a bring your own cup type of place. There is a cup library available if you forget your own, but if you’d like it on the go remember to bring your thermos!“
“This is an eclectic local coffee house with excellent breakfast and lunch options. They have huge salads, unique sandwiches, and locally made dessert options. They also have some great breakfast sammys and my favorite PB wrap with banana and bacon. The restaurant itself is a little cramped, but they have some airy outdoor seating during the warmer months.“
“Food: Spectacular coffee and chai latte; they even give a little chocolate coffee bean on top of each drink! The letdown here were the bagel sandwiches. The bagel itself was a little dry, and the sausage and egg were definitely microwaved. That said, it’s probably difficult to make a fresh sausage, egg, and cheese bagel sandwich in their shopService: Very happy servers who just brighten your day!Atmosphere: It’s mostly a drive through with a long line. Otherwise, you can order at the window, which we did, for takeaway or dining “in” at the single picnic table outside. There’s also a doggy bowl outside which is nice if you bring your dog!“
“This place is a great little loungey coffee shop close to the heart of Laramie. They have some great breakfast sandwiches and good coffee. I really like how quiet it generally is and come here to get work on my class done. The staff are generally friendly, but need some training on providing alternative recommendations to customers if they don't have something on hand. They could also really use a couple bottles of hot sauce for their breakfast sandwiches. Other than that, no complaints.“
“A ton of different options to make your own customized tea. The young lady at the counter was very kind and helpful through out our entire experience, readily answering questions and entertaining our banter in between. Can't wait to be back!“
“My favorite place in town to study, work, or just have a coffee with a friend. The drinks and food are yummy (I especially love their bagel sandwiches and breakfast burritos), but the ambiance is the real reason to go here. It's a bit of personal preference, but the temperature has always been comfortable, I love the smell of the books, and there are lots of spaces to work or relax.“
