This is also my favorite stop for coffee! Whenever I have a business meeting or consultation, I always bring my coworkers and clients here because the atmosphere is always respectful, kind and quiet! My only complaint is the jerks in these yelp reviews that rave about this place and only leave 4 start reviews. To the bad review I saw of this place... I would put money on the fact that they just don't appreciate family owned business's and probably struggle with some level of entitlement or ability to engage in light hearted interactions. This place is always busy, and just like any busy place, the staff is trying to get everyone's order in a timely fashion. So don't be surprised when a small family has to go from your order to the next... (although this has never been my experience). The owner always takes the time to have good conversation with people that appreciate them even when they're busy! “I came in about a month ago for a coffee and breakfast sandwich, they were fairly busy. Sat around for over 20 minutes before going to the counter to see where my sandwich was only to be told they forgot to make it. I was given a free breakfast sandwich for the next time I went in- very generous compensation that was much appreciated. I went in yesterday to redeem it and get a Chai tea. The same situation happened which is my reasoning for deducting a star on my review. I sat down to drink my tea and wait for the sandwich. After some time, decided to walk around and look at their goods in hopes the person at the counter would see me and remember that I had a sandwich coming. Nothing happened until I went to the counter and asked where it was only to be told, yet again, they forgot to make it. I'm not sure the processes that are set up when it comes to ordering and making the food, but you may want to revisit the order in which things are being completed so people are not forgotten about.“
