“I was in the drive thru for National Dog day and they ran out of dog scarfs with the car in front of me. I was at the stop sign outside their lot when I noticed the car next to me waiving. The girl was also in the drive thru and noticed my puppy. She works for Dutch Bros and gave me her scarf. Such a kind and generous act from an employee off the clock who went to extra effort to ensure I got one. Amazing attention and service. I was so caught off guard by the kindness that if I would have been faster would have offered her a job with my company. 5 star service from employee who wasnt even clocked in!“

“I just wanted to take a moment to thank the very kindhearted lady working the drive-thru this morning (3/10/22) at this Starbucks (in Timnath off of Weitzel). I was having issues with the Starbucks app and could not figure out why I couldn’t get logged back into my account to pay for my order 🤦🏼‍♀️. She then handed me my order and I got my debit card out to pay and asked her about transferring the star rewards to my account later, and she responded with, “Well, I’ve already canceled the order. We got this one today for you 😁.” I did NOT expect that and felt bad that I was holding up the drive-thru line and that I was potentially being seen as someone who was being difficult since I really wanted to use my Starbucks app to get my points. But the lady was SO kind to me and caring and just made my morning! So thank you (I don’t even know your name) for being so kindhearted to me this morning and for getting my order for me as well 🤩! “This place is outstanding. After having a terrible experience with Gryphon my D&D group started coming to Haunted Game for our weekly sessions. They do everything that Gryphon didn’t for us and more. Haunted Game provides a clean, atmospheric place for us to play with reservations available, their coffee and snacks are yummy, their selection of gaming supplies are great, and most importantly, their staff recognize we are loyal customers and we feel welcomed and appreciated for our continued business. “The Gekkou Matcha special was outstanding. You can taste the difference between other matchas and the way they pay attention to it here. Barista was especially friendly. Ask and he'll give you an amazing, detailed description of how this matcha is different from others you'll find. The ambience is fantastic. They have a lot of greenery they have with the understandably limited-ish space. The music is not too loud, for taking calls or having to talk too loud in conversation with someone. Good natural lighting as well. All the seating is comfortable. WiFi connects easily and is pretty fast. Most of the seating areas have outlets to plug into. 11/10 would recommend!“

“Stopped here because I got to the CSU vet hospital we early. The staff were lovely, the patrons seemed to mostly be retired people and most seemed familiar with the staff. “I stopped by the LaSalle Stand a few days ago and wanted to try something new, Lex the manager in LaSalle made me the most amazing drink, Iced snowy with pomegranate and it tasted better then I expected. Dez and Randi were literally scrubbing the drain and tiles on the floor!! Everytime we go we always get the best service at the LaSalle location. We will actually go out of our way to stop at the LaSalle 1!! This trip was extra amazing just seeing how much pride those girls take in having a clean store!!“

“I have been a big fan of Starry Night for years! Their cafe consistently serves delicious drinks and treats and offers a comfy, relaxing space to hang out and do work. I recently had a birthday party and ordered a vanilla cake from their bakery which was FANTASTIC. The decoration and taste were amazing and a huge hit with my guests. I am also so grateful for the great communication and thoroughness from their manager, Kelsey. I can’t recommend Starry Night enough. :)“

Service was quick and friendly.

“Went here for the first time yesterday. The owner (the husband) saw me outside with my stroller and held the door open for me! I came in for a juice and ended up trying one of the combos! This was a unique experience. As someone who is not super fond of protien powder I definitely liked the blackberry lemonade best, but the protien shake wasnt bad either! And the shot of Aloe was a nice addition as well. The family that runs it is very nice and I talked to the Wife briefly as well. I would definitely recommend!“

“This morning was very embarrassing I have been going there almost every morning for the last 15 or 16 years. I normally spend over $260 a month there. This morning I went to McDonalds and got coffee. I made the mistake of bring my almost empty cup to Loveland Coffee and sat down.with the cup on the table. I was fixing to get up to get another cup of coffee there but before I had a chance, 2 young gals that worked there( manager and a worker) approached me and told me I had to leave. I tried to explain but they did NOT want to hear it....so I left and cannot believe they wanted me to leave after all the money I have spent there plus me giving each worker a $100 bill every Christmas. for the last 15 years...That will be my last visit there.....Just amazing!!“

“My first time in Ft. Collins and stumbled across this great coffee house! Great atmosphere!!! VERY laid back and comfortable local crowd and crew working the counter. If I wasn’t meeting up with friends I could have easily spent a hour just chilling out. My quad shot vanilla latte was made to perfection. The only problem that I have is the thought of going back to another Starbucks🤬 Keep up the good work! P.S. It’s located upstairs and a little difficult to find, but strangely enough it just added to the feeling of finding one of those cool local spots that we all want to find in such a charming area.“
