I am celiac, so it is hard to eat out. I tried this place today and it's amazing! I went with a couple friends (who don't have gluten issues) and they loved everything and all of us brought goodies home too! The staff was super friendly and I would highly suggest this place!
I was so excited to find this place !! went a couple weeks ago. I am celiac and have to eat gluten free. Everything here is gluten free! I was so excited. I had a quiche and so did my daughter . Explorado Market - Gluten Free Bakery, Coffee, Café is a charming spot that offers a wide variety of gluten-free treats. The bakery delights include delicious quiche, coffee cake muffins, blueberry muffins, and mouthwatering doughnuts, with strawberry frosted being a standout favorite. Customers praise the friendly staff and the excellent service, making it a welcoming place for everyone. The atmosphere is cozy, with limited indoor seating and plenty of outdoor seating in the adjacent mall area, providing a nice environment to enjoy the treats. Visitors, including those without gluten issues, often find the baked goods to be some of the best in town, noting they are always soft, moist, and delicious. The gluten-free kalamata focaccia is highly recommended, especially for those who are gluten-intolerant, as it offers a bread experience that is both enjoyable and satisfying. Customers also enjoy the coffee options, including the option to get a dirty soda, and the pricing is cheaper than other cafes. The business is appreciated by both gluten-sensitive and general customers alike, and those who visit regularly are impressed with the quality and variety of the offerings.
