All gluten free treats. Good variety. Everything we tried is delicious. Usually a bit of a line but lt moves quick. Limited seating indoors but lots of seating outside on outdoor mall area.Dietary restrictions: Great gluten free bakery. Allergy aware.

Wow- First time in, wanted to sample a few things for my gluten free family members who will be visiting. Had veggie quiche, coffee cake muffin and blueberry muffin. All were Delicious. Will be back to try the pizza next. Charming atmosphere, excellent svc., and great selection. Wonderful addition to the bakery/ coffee cafe scene!

UPDATE: We are back again at Explorado. I had ridiculously high expectations for the doughnuts, and, amazingly, they were even better than I remembered. The BEST gluten-free doughnuts I have ever eaten. I've had a few of the different flavors, but strawberry frosted are my favorite.

I actually really enjoy this place. However after coming 2 times in the same week and there being nothing but bread and a couple donuts to choose from, I don't think I will be driving the 45 minutes from Greeley anymore. On social media you advertise, apple crisp, pretzel bites, slices of cake, ect. I've been diagnosed with celiac since 2009, I would LOVE to try those things. Unfortunately nothing is ever available no matter what time of day you come. Just wish this place was more reliable. You never know what your going to get

Omg, gluten free pastries as far as the eye can see! I got the caprese focaccia and it was ? so good! They drizzled it with a perfect balsamic glaze. They also have plenty of space to sit and visit with friends or work. This is such a cute place! I will definitely be back!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options everywhere!!

Explorado is the ideal place to stop at for a warm beverage on a chillier morning walk yet also serves as a great location to stay a few and relax with friends while enjoying some of the most accommodating baked goods around town. This market has it all, from the most savory delicacies to the best sweets available. Further, the environment they’ve developed within the coffee shop is absolutely amazing and cozy - love the open lighting and the uplifting atmosphere that they seem to maintain here!

A celiac friendly bakery? Yes, please! We were in town from St. Louis so I bought a wide variety of items to sample. Everything was great, very flavorful and moist. My absolute favorites were the vanilla donuts, birthday cake donuts and coffee cake muffins. We didn’t get to try as many things as I would have liked since we came a bit later in the morning and things had sold out. However, I’m confident they would have been just as tasty.Dietary restrictions: Great options for celiac / gluten free! Everything is 100% safe. It’s amazingParking: I am disabled and had to park two blocks away. It was the only parking spot available.

I really really like that all their food is gluten free. I have celiacs and it’s so nice to be able to order anything off of the menu!! The coffee is terrible.
