Food is pretty good, though usually worse than any other Carl's Jr I have been to. If you go through the drive through don't let them park you. Despite never being very busy when I go there the food takes a very long time. Despite often being the only customer it almost always takes 7+ minutes to get my food
Edit: came in at like 3am and the night shift folks gave me excellent customer service. The food was also as high of quality as any other CJs. I think the problem is that during the day the meat is being held too long and is drying out. I know that food costs and simply not having enough minutes in an hour and hours in a day make that a balancing act but I think it is a good data point to have. The hold times are having a very much noticeable impact on food quality. Much love

Came in this morning ordered Big Country burrito come to find out it only had eggs and cheese and tots in it no meat and it's extremely small this is why I never really stopped here in this town the people here seem extremely prejudice if you're not a pale face then don't order anything here I have half of mine to go ahead get my money back but I got a delivery to get to

This store is getting to be ridiculous in customer service. Went to the drive thru. Was first in line and asked to pull forward. Waited 10+ minutes and three other cars went through the line behind me and got their orders. Finally came out and they had 1 item of my order. Then when I got my food items were wrong.

Absolutely the worst managed Carl's Junior I have ever been to every time I go in there there's always something wrong with the computers or they only have two people working save your time go across the street to Wendy's
