Yes, they are running a tight clean ship here. I was so happy with everything! Thanks team!! The older gentleman calling out the orders as you place it. The young guy in the back dutifully staying on top of the orders and a clean station. I don't know about all the shifts. But last night when I got dinner for two out of here, these guys were the A team!! There was I think one other person running around cleaning stuff too, it was a good look, and the results tasted good too.

Pulled through the drive through to grab breakfast. Was told it would be an extra 2 minutes because of the sausage biscuits we ordered for two people. Okay, no problem. We pull up and wait. 3 car behind us all got their food before we did. My dad got out of his vehicle to go inside to see what was going on and they brought the food out. Said it took so long because they messed up the “special order.” One of the sausage biscuit sandwiches I requested no egg and to add bacon. Weird never have had an issue like that.

The food was delicious! My first time there and I wanted to eat in, but all the tables were taken so I had to go eat in my truck. It also took a bit to get my order, but it was worth the wait!
I had to wait for my chicken sandwich to get cooked but at least it was fresh. So that was nice.

Truck stop Carl’s Jr. they weee really busy, and waiting on a truck to restock some items but still did their best to take care of the customers.

Food is pretty good, though usually worse than any other Carl's Jr I have been to. If you go through the drive through don't let them park you. Despite never being very busy when I go there the food takes a very long time. Despite often being the only customer it almost always takes 7+ minutes to get my food
Edit: came in at like 3am and the night shift folks gave me excellent customer service. The food was also as high of quality as any other CJs. I think the problem is that during the day the meat is being held too long and is drying out. I know that food costs and simply not having enough minutes in an hour and hours in a day make that a balancing act but I think it is a good data point to have. The hold times are having a very much noticeable impact on food quality. Much love
