The BEST Mexican food I have had since moving from Phoenix! Had the red pork and man, it was perfection!

Chacho's Tacos is a favorite taco truck and the best Mexican in Laramie, located behind Bond’s brewery. The menu changes with delicious specials, including fresh catch of the day and burritos filled to the brim. The queso and chips are a must, and the homemade salsa and sauce are amazing. Everything is a great value and overall great quality. There is usually one person running the truck incredibly well, so the wait is never long. It is always worth it and a repeat for many.
