My daughter is a student at U of W and orders chilis on the regular basis. And each order is incorrect. The response from Chilis is always come back and we will fix it however she does not have a car. Tonight she ordered a cheeseburger and fries and there was no bun or anything that goes on a burger with it. DoorDash refunded her order but this is ridiculous that in a college town with few options you cannot get orders correct

We went to Laramie for the basketball game and had chilis afterwards. The server spilt ranch all over my lap and still charged us for everything. I didn’t expect a discount of I’d be covering someone’s meal if I spilt food on their lap. Nice people, mediocre food.. probably won’t go back

Their DoorDash service is terrible! I’ve been waiting for it to work properly, but every time I check, it says they open at 11 a.m., only to close on DoorDash after just 2 hours. The one time I finally managed to place an order, they canceled it! What’s the point of having DoorDash if you’re not going to accept orders?
Frustrated, I decided to dine in instead, but that was a complete waste of time. The service was awful—they rushed us because they were about to close, and the food was mediocre at best. Chili’s really needs to fix their DoorDash service or just remove it entirely if they’re not going to use it.

We usually go in every Wednesday night around 830 900 ish tonight was very disappointing. Went in and they said to hurry and order because they close at 930. When the waitress seats us she never told us the bar was closed, so when we tried to order alcohol she finally told us that the bar was closed because they had to do the inventory but they closed at 930. Not sure if I will go back again understand it was a holiday week but they could have surved us till then but I guess they didn't want to work. No signs on the door telling anyone what time they closed.

Awful service experience! October 10th, 2024. My boyfriend and I walk in at 8:45pm with the intention of just having a drink and an appetizer. They close at 10pm. We were seated and waited like 30 minutes for service. Servers just kept cleaning and ignoring us. One heavier woman server with curly fluffy hair kept staring at us and not coming over to our table. A tall skinny blonde girl server with a pony tail was just on her phone, stared at us and walked away too. Hostess, tall girl with glasses did not bother to go grab a server either. As soon as we left, the hostess and the fluffy hair woman were talking, acting confused as to why we left.

Almost every visit the staff and food are excellent. Compared to every other Chili's I've been to, this one ranks supreme. Rarely have I ever had to wait to be seated and the food is generally always hot.

Came in with my family after my brothers football game he plays for the college. We order one round of shots and one mixed drink each and then we’re cut off from being served more alcohol with no reasoning why or any discussion what so ever. Very strange the manager could have at least came and talked to us.
Quick update I asked My waitress why we’ were cut off and apparently because when my brother who just won his first football game of the season Walked we cheered for Him. I would fire the manager ASAP that sour attitude having b word is going to lose you a lot of business

OMG they have THE best fried chicken sandwich! Highly recommend ?? I do have to say though that the fries unfortunately were way too salty and did not taste good.
