If you’re visiting Laramie for the first time or have been here for a while, this Chili’s is definitely one of the best options in town. Great prices, high-quality food, fast service, and a consistently clean environment with fresh, brand-new menus. A must-try: the sirloin steak!

So my husband and I came in, for a quick dinner. We were seated really fast. Nice.. than our waitress i belive her name was Veronica or Victoria. Comes over, was like u want chips huh? I dont know yet? She said fine give me a min. Walks off, comes back gets our drinks. We order i ask for no onions on my burger. There's onions, I have to ask her while shes walking by to get up refills. Shes walked by us like 10*. Didn't even pay attention to us. Probably because the other 2 tables she had were 4/6 tops. Here me and my husband are just ordering burgers and soda.she gets irritated that we asked for refills. So I noticed another gentleman, smiling the whole time. Waitress and bussing tables. I call him over, ask if we could get a new waiter. He replied with a big smile, already busy himself. I'll help you, guys. Boy, did he!!! Im irritated I forgot his name. But he made the rest of our meal enjoyable. Apologized for her. We ended up tipping him very well. I know how it is, I've been a waitress. Even when your stressed you show a personal level of professionalism. Next time we go back, I will be requesting this guy waiter.

Absolutely awful experience. Our waiter (we saw on the receipt that his name was Isaiah.) got visibly upset, aggressive and gave us major attitude just because we tried to order off the kids menu (we wanted to order the mac n cheese because thats the only meal thats on the kids menu but not the ‘adult’ menu.)— something we’ve done multiple times before without an issue. He insisted we had to be “under 12,” then changed said “under 13,” and then added we had to be actual kids. Make it make sense…we aren’t even over 18.
We mentioned we’d just DoorDash it instead (since you can order kids meals online with no problem), and he completely crashed out on us, acting like we were being disrespectful. All we wanted was our food — not a debate or a meltdown from the staff.
Completely unprofessional and uncomfortable. Zero consistency with their own policy, and the attitude was completely uncalled for. 0/10 — never coming back. Do better, Chili’s.
Also the fries are horrible, wrinkly, cold, and not even made well. they taste gross and made me repulse.. I also ordered the spicy (keep in mind —SPICY.) chicken tenders..and they weren’t even spicy and barely had any sauce! outrageous.

Absolutely terrible experience, waitress was extremely rude. 0/10 never coming back if I could give it a 0 I would. Every chillies I’ve went to has been fine. Waiter was getting emotional and it wasn’t okay. Every other chillies is okay fine but not this one. The waiter was terrible. His name was Isaiah and he was disrespectful and I didn’t appreciate it.

My daughter is a student at U of W and orders chilis on the regular basis. And each order is incorrect. The response from Chilis is always come back and we will fix it however she does not have a car. Tonight she ordered a cheeseburger and fries and there was no bun or anything that goes on a burger with it. DoorDash refunded her order but this is ridiculous that in a college town with few options you cannot get orders correct

We went to Laramie for the basketball game and had chilis afterwards. The server spilt ranch all over my lap and still charged us for everything. I didn’t expect a discount of I’d be covering someone’s meal if I spilt food on their lap. Nice people, mediocre food.. probably won’t go back

Their DoorDash service is terrible! I’ve been waiting for it to work properly, but every time I check, it says they open at 11 a.m., only to close on DoorDash after just 2 hours. The one time I finally managed to place an order, they canceled it! What’s the point of having DoorDash if you’re not going to accept orders?
Frustrated, I decided to dine in instead, but that was a complete waste of time. The service was awful—they rushed us because they were about to close, and the food was mediocre at best. Chili’s really needs to fix their DoorDash service or just remove it entirely if they’re not going to use it.

We usually go in every Wednesday night around 830 900 ish tonight was very disappointing. Went in and they said to hurry and order because they close at 930. When the waitress seats us she never told us the bar was closed, so when we tried to order alcohol she finally told us that the bar was closed because they had to do the inventory but they closed at 930. Not sure if I will go back again understand it was a holiday week but they could have surved us till then but I guess they didn't want to work. No signs on the door telling anyone what time they closed.
