Food here is terrible. I asked for two protein cups and a side of rice totaling 8 dollars. The lunch staff gave me half a scoop of rice that didn’t fill the cup and when I asked for more they asked me to leave. The lunch staff are always rude and trying to save money on food waste, but end up making a terrible customer experience. Lunch sucks here!

First google review I felt I needed to write. I dont normally go to chipotle anymore, but I saw they had the free double protein today and said sure so I ordered a burrito with a side tortilla. It came out to around 17$. Now when I received the food, it wasnt even a burrito, it was a bowl with a side tortilla. Now this wouldnt have mattered to me much if I was in any other situation, but I essentially lost 1 tortilla with this and there were even utensils or napkins with my bowl. And the worst part, when I open it up there isnt even double protein. So what was the point? What is the point of going to Chipotle is a question everyone who goes here should be asking themselves. 1 Star.

Kids were sitting on top of the tables and gave me a dirty look 2 hours before closing. Should have looked at the reviews first before even walking from my house to try it for the first time since it opened. What a shame to have such bad service as a new spot in town.

if you ever order online expect halve your bowl to be missing or expect the skinniest worst wrapped burrito you’ve ever seen. staff for some reason always seem to be moody college kids too. somebody needs to clean that restaurant at least a little sweep
My order was messed up. 3 out of the 4 bowls I had ordered were ether missing the protein or had the wrong rice. Really upsetting.

Got yelled at a very unpleasant manager with a nose piercing with very bad attitude and customer service. Was very sassy and snarky when I asked a simple question. When I asked for a little extra white rice she said she would charge it as a bowl in a kids meal. Very awful manager

Went there today around 11 fifteen minutes after they opened. I ordered hard barbacoa tacos. Also guacamole and chips. Wost tacos hardly any meat asked for extra cheese hardly asked for more still didn't get more salsa was in one spot in the taco. You would think that the guacamole would be fresh it was dark brown. Like it was from yesterday. Commercial says made fresh everyday. Not to today. I think all the food was from the night before, because they didn't have the grill started up.

The staff was the shining star tonight. Tried to place an order in the app and it said they were out of chips. Apparently when I corrected this my order defaulted to my home town over an hour away but they took care of us with no issue and awesome attitudes all around.
