I ordered a veggie bowl and 2 chicken bowls. I recieved 2 veggie and 1 chicken. I asked for the chicken and the person argued even with showing them the reciept and bowl. The manager made it right tho

Staff is rude and my burrito fell apart the moment I got it despite not having very much in it. The lady rushed to roll it without making sure it was rolled correctly even though there was no one behind me.

Irritated that I am forced to use the app and wait extra time (app doesn't have a I'm already at the restaurant options). Why ask for a name for each item if you aren't going to make it and force us to play burrito roulette? Order was incorrect and had to go through drive thru a third time, but did get it fixed and they were very apologetic. Also almost ran into man standing in the drive thru hidden by the corner of the building that was the only way to receive order. Letting people walk through the drive thru is dangerous! Also no way to select what type of fountain beverage you want when making mobile order.

First time coming here. Usually we go to Qudoba. First prices are more expensive here. The portions are also smaller. They even charge extra for guacamole. Not impressed even the choices of toppings and veggies. Few hours later I even got upset stomach. I won't be going here again.

We just went to our local Chipotle for the last time, unfortunately. We’ve experienced rude staff on multiple occasions and always stingy portions (which Chipotle is known for), but we’re now 3 for 3 screwed up drive through pick-up orders. It’s just not that hard… To Qdoba we go!!!

The diningroom is usually freezing. And today. No lettuce. When you come for a salad. You need lettuce. Fail. Went elsewhere.
Ordered 6 items and 3 were badly messed up. Missing multiple ingredients requested, including premium add ons that cost extra, but were not there. Very disappointed to spend almost $100 for 1/2 of the food being wrong.
