Hot Cocoa and Steamer
Sweet, steamed whole milk. Ask for whipped cream, or "kid cocoa" for our much-favored whipped cream and sprinkles option at a lower temperature especially for the little ones.

A whole loaf of our sourdough banana bread, 8-10 slices.

Green Chili Dip
Spicy green chili tossed with fresh garlic, olive oil, and sea salt.
Sweet Potato Fries
Our thyme-roasted, sweet potato fries with a side of our homemade ranch dressing.
Brussel Sprouts
Antipasto Plate
A small cup of kalamata olives, rolls of capicola ham and genoa salami, slices of provolone, and fontina cheeses served with warmed rosemary focaccia bread. Served with beer mustard.
Pesto Pinwheel
Fresh basil-pesto, kalamata olives, and mozzarella cheese rolled in our sourdough pizza dough and baked to perfection.
Pretzel
We make our pretzels from scratch and offer them with optional dipping sauces. Delicious.

Lunch and Dinner Menu (Salads)
Chef's Salad
Fresh mixed greens, red onion, cherry tomatoes, sliced cucumber, capicola ham, fontina cheese, and pumpkin seeds. Served with our house ranch dressing.
Kale and Roasted Sweet Potato Salad
Pueblo Salad
A spicy mixture of corn, green chili, and black beans on top of fresh, mixed greens, with tomato and red onion. Served with olive oil and rice vinegar and warmed focaccia bread.
Spinach Apple Bacon Salad
Fresh spinach leaves, applewood smoked bacon, green apple, blue cheese crumbles, and toasted walnuts. Served with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

Cheese Sticks
Honey-mustard beer sauce spread on our sourdough pizza dough, topped with mozzarella cheese, coated with garlic butter, and baked to a golden brown.

Coffees from the Roastery

Notes of sweet raisins and chocolate make for a full-bodied cup. Light roast profile - single origin.

Although we should have tried the beer, the house wine was delicious, not the often-served cheaper wine. The barman was congenial and knowledgeable. I'll definitely visit again next time I'm in town.

This is certainly a place to not only enjoy coffee but a whole variety of beer served in brew specific glasses. We drank wine which was especially selected by the barman and was at perfect temperature and of great quality.

Great little brewery. The environment is absolutely amazing, they provide cribbage if you're into that sort of thing as well. Lovely place to hang out for a couple of hours and enjoy a great brew. Amazing selection of beers and wines, something for everyone. Staff are extremely friendly. There's no other way I would've wanted to spend my Saturday evening!
