The prices are super high. Have not come across these type of prices at any DQs. Not worth it.

What kind of a fast food restaurant charges $9 for a small chicken sandwich and treat their customers so bad. I'm the only customer, in the drive through and inside. It took three minutes after I paid for the food. The reason was very apparent since everyone was standing around waiting for someone else to do something. Then I watched as the cashier walked extremely slow to the window. Oh and make sure you ask for napkins.

As someone who worked at a 4.8 star Dairy Queen chain this is embarrassing. Food doesn’t come out in bags When we got our food the fries were stuff we (our chain) would have put in the “pig bucket” and the fries were measured out as what we sent kid fries out as. Toast for the chicken baskets wasn’t toasted but soaked in butter. Based off my experience the oil is not hot enough or the fries are out way to long in the warmer.

ICE CREAM
We went for the ice cream because we enjoy their ice cream but when we got them the one was overflowing as it should be handed out. The other was 3/4 of an inch under the rim.

I would not suggest this place save your money and go to sonic or Freddy’s

A large fry is $5 and is smaller than a medium at McDonalds 🙄 Wow. Their cones are almost $5 as well… I guess I will have to say bye to DQ for awhile. Two stars for the Crew only, they were kind and professional.

50% of the time the lobby is closed. Forcing you to wait in a normally long SLOW moving line. Super frustrating... idk if this is a management decision or a staffing issue but come on DQ get it together

Me and my cousin came here tonight after a rodeo. The wait was a little long but the guy who took our order and served us was great. His name is victor and he was very kind and put a smile on our face as he was making jokes and had great customer service for us. No one has to be as great as he was but he chose to be kind and funny

Every time I have gone to Laramie and gone here, the wait is atrocious. The workers seemed to be doing a good job, they just need a couple more working, maybe? The only real complaint, other then the LONG wait, is that when it was our turn to go to the counter, the girl working the register, turned around to check tickets and kept her back turned to us for several minutes without ever telling us she'd be with us in a minute or anything. We did get what we ordered.

I really hate to see local businesses suffer due to the available workforce. But this place really seems to be dying from poor management. Their workers seem nice, but incompetent and poorly lead. I stopped going to get blizzards because I wasn’t willing to wait 15 minutes every time I go. There are always new people, and turnover is high. I’m afraid they will go out of business unless they find competent leadership.
