Almanza's Authentic Mexican Restaurant

I did my cultural duty and visited at 2:00am on a Saturday night. The people watching was 10/10, but the potential for interaction with an overconfident, inebriated 22 year old spending their parent’s investment portfolio is high.

The staff are patient and amazing for ensuring every order is put in the hands of the patron who purchased it. The food was great. I’ll be forever grateful for late night food in Laramie.

Vegetarian options: There are few Vegetarian options and most of them are fantastic. The Chilie Relleno Burrito is top notch. If ordering a bean or bean and cheese burrito ask to add pico, lettuce, rice, or any other vegan/vegetarian fare they may have in the kitchen.

Parking: Parking is available within 1-3 blocks on most days.

Just incredible. Had our food ready within 5 minutes and the employees are always so kind and on top of everything. A great go to place in Laramie. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a late night snack!

Absolutely love the new place! Beautiful live wood tables and chairs, with the combination of excellent service and some of the best food in town. This is a must have stop for anyone that comes thru laramie! Parking can be tough during peak hours but I promise the walk and wait are more than worth it!

Parking: There is a lot of downtown parking but during peak hrs, it does get difficult to find a spot. However this place is worth the walk!

Kid-friendliness: Plenty of items to choose from for your child and then some! There are boosters and highchairs for all the kids.

Food was great! I would suggest trying the rolled tacos! Friendly staff and very clean restaurant. The only downside (that isn't necessarily the restaurants issue) was the parking. We will definitely be making the hour long trip many more times!

Interesting atmosphere, authentic Mexican food. Food was good, bit spicy
,cons: drink was served in the very dirty glass, was replaced with other glass half of the original amount for $8 and not even apologies . Drink highly overpriced for what is was but there no prices on the drink menu anyway. ;) street tacos was good but no sauces or condiments served with it or available on the table.

In short, the only good thing was the ice popsicles, the food was very bad in general, I ordered shrimp cocktail and it was very bad, the cakes were too simple and also the tacos, the service was terrible, you have to pick up your food and clear the table first. To leave, all you had to do was cook yourself what you wanted to eat.
