At Iron Skillet, the staff are attentive and on top of orders. The food is delicious, with the steak being a standout dish. The Chicken Parmesan over Spaghetti and steak breakfast are highly recommended. The service is fast and the staff deserve praise. This restaurant is a great place to eat, offering top-quality meals and phenomenal service. The food was well presented, tasted delicious and was satisfying. For being a truck stop restaurant, it was quite good. Very tasty steak and potatoes. There is an opportunity to take a shower and do laundry for those traveling long distances in large trucks. There is an opportunity to buy some small spare parts, engine oil and souvenirs. The waitress was super friendly and polite and quick to make sure everything was needed to enjoy the meal. The staff are attentive, as they even caught that their tomato bisque soup was expired and quickly offered up substitutions. The waitress was really quite wonderful, patient and understanding, and really helpful and sweet.
