I ordered a giant 17 on rose parm and they messed it up due to the lady that took my order in the middle of taking it just walked away to the back and when I tried to go back in and fix it she just said you ordered that way so I am left with a samwitch that is not what I ordered and can't get it fixed

They are kind to employ people with traumatic brain injuries but I think I deserve a greeting or an acknowledgment of existence within 15 minutes of entering the shop, especially when there are only 3 other customers and 5 employees.

The food is good as always in most Jersey Mike’s locations and the service was good, but this restaurant is very dirty. The tables had not been wiped down so I had to get out my wet wipes and clean our table. The women’s bathroom was awful. I would not use it. The toilet was filthy. I was super disappointed in the cleanliness and it is almost zero stars. I’m only hoping the food prep area was clean, which it did look to be.

My sister and I usually get great service and the afternoon people are much better than the morning people. The cleanliness has gone down and the last time we were there they would not make change for a $50 and it was only $14 and change! I have never experienced that at a place like Jersey Mike's or anywhere else. I am surprised a busy place like that does not have change! And we will not be going there again! Maybe in the future if they ever get staff that cares about the place they work and get extra change on site.
