Spending $44 on two sandwiches, I should not be getting STALE BREAD and ingredients being left off of my order. I couldn't just drive back because I live 60 miles away over a mountain pass.

We stopped here on our way to Yellowstone with our kids. We were not greeted at all when we came in. The kids had never been there so we needed some time to let them look through the menu. The employee that was taking our order rolled her eyes and audibly sighed. We helped them choose their sandwiches as quickly as possible. She kept rolling her eyes every time we’d try to order the next sandwich. She’s ask what size drink we wanted every time, even though we had repeatedly said we’d just do all regular size to make it easier. When she miscounted the cups, I asked for 3 more, which she sauntered over, picked up, and shoved at me. Then rolled her eyes again and walked away. The sodas from the soda fountain were pretty bad. The syrup was way too low so it was just basically carbonated water. The sandwiches were ok. Other JJ locations make way better. None of the bread was soggy, but the sauces ranged from none to ‘is there meat on here?’. We had to reassemble two of the kids’ sandwiches because they didn’t even bother to get the meat in the bread enough so all of it slid right out when they unwrapped them. We felt as if we were a burden and they wanted us to leave quickly. When we left, no one said anything either. We ate there. It was clean-ish. The restrooms were in pretty good shape.

The foods always pretty good. But I always have a not great experience with the staff. Tonight I went in and, the manager I’m assuming was kind of berating one of the drivers. And it felt like he was indirectly calling him stupid. There’s never a reason to talk to an employee like that.

We had a kind of big order, 2 of the big sandwiches and a small lettuce wrapped sandwich. The smaller sandwich didn’t have anything but lettuce on it?? And the two bigger sandwiches were ordered as loaded with no tomatoes, when we got them, they didn’t have anything but meat, dressing, and cheese. So it was missing half of the ingredients, missing all the extras, and we paid almost $50 for it. I do like their food, this is the first time they’ve messed up my order

I have never left a review for a known/widespread company before. This Jimmy J's is the best. They are so quick with the deliveries and pick up orders, 'freaky fast and fresh' for real! One time they delivered me a drink that didn't come out right. I called the store to let them know so no other customers would have this experience and they offered to drive a new soda back to me, and I do not live near the store. They are really so quick, and very helpful. Keep thriving Jimmy J!

We had the best delivery driver! I accidentally gave her my daughter's mailing address instead of physical address, and the driver called me to clarify my mistake. She was incredibly friendly and polite on the phone. It was wonderful!

I am so thankful for Laramie's Jimmy John's! This last weekend we were helping host a high school football team for the championships. Long story short, the food that was bought for them did not last long with 80 hungry players. We ran to Jimmy John's and asked if there was any way they could do a few catering boxes. Without question, they said absolutely. Less than 5 minutes later, we were walking out with the food for the boys. Incredible customer service and they saved the day! THANK YOU!!!

They put so little meat on the sandwich that it’s a joke. We ordered a little John for the kids and they put one little slice on each. They said this is normal. So I thought I’d take some meat off my sandwich and put on the kids. Then I open mine and it has hardly any meat! Last time I visit a Jimmy John’s. Complete joke for the price.

We did a catering order online and they were very diligent about finding it because we had put in the wrong date! They found it and whipped up 36 sandwiches for us FREAKY FAST! Awesome service.

Pretty disappointed w/my last visit. Ordered a turkey sandwich & a roast beef. The roast beef sandwich was fine but the turkey sandwich was a joke. Also, every single table needed to be cleaned (there were no other diners in the place when we arrived). The staff were communicating with one another loudly & we’re speaking negatively about a fellow employee (who wasn’t present). It was inappropriate & I thought they could be doing something more productive (wiping down tables). I haven’t been to this location in quite some time but it was my granddaughter’s choice & she used to love Jimmy John’s but she ordered the turkey sandwich & couldn’t believe the difference in her sandwich compared to other visits. The sandwich had very little meat, tons or Mayo, & 3 slices of tomato. Believe me there was more tomato than meat.

Delivery takes an extremely long time. Took half an hour to get my food… “freaky fast”? It’s important to me to get my food quickly, as advertised, because my lunch break goes quickly.The food has gone downhill as well. The meat tastes old (or maybe it’s being held at too high of a temperature), the bread is stale, and the soda mix is off.I don’t know if it’s a management issue or what, but it’s really disappointing. Advise to try other places for lunch- there’s so many other better spots.
