Finally! Found a way to convince the wife to move north of the kansas line! We both had the grilled steak, and you know how when you order a steak, and you order a rare and it comes out as a medium? That doesn't happen here! It was a perfect rare and the eggs were a perfect medium, and the flavor! We almost stopped to eat about 200 miles to the west and I'm glad we waited! By far the best breakfast in any parts of Wyoming. Ate there 2 days in a row while staying in Laramie. I loved it and just wish I had their green chili sauce recipe since I'm not from there. 😁
This is the place for breakfast in Laramie. Don't come if you're in a hurry. Do come if you want small town atmosphere, great service and stick to your ribs delicious food. The breakfast burrito will make an impression. The cinnamon rolls will remind you of what love feels like. If there's a line it's for a reason. You won't regret a stop at the Prairie Rose.
