I ordered a single pizza at 9:25am for 11am and when I got to the store I had to stand and wait 30 minutes just to receive a SINGLE pepperoni pizza. By the time I received my food I was NOT in the mood or hungry anymore. Multiple people received their order ahead of Me and I will NEVER return to this location. Absolutely outrageous for a SINGLE pepperoni pizz

Everytime I've had the misfortune of eating food served from this LC I often get food poisoning to some degree. The pizzas are often grossly undercooked and disgustingly greasy. If you want fast food pizza consider the Papa John's across the street or Pizza Hunt a few blocks over, LC just ain't it.

I had the worst breadsticks from this location. Ends were tough and crunchy and the breadsticks were small and undercooked. Very upsetting.

I’m sitting here waiting for my food that I was told would be done in 10 minutes, after waiting 10 minutes for someone to take my order. Customer service is lacking too, almost all employees act like they want to kill themselves. I ordered a pizza and was told I’d have to wait on the side, I then watch another customer come in and order the same pizza, which left the shelf, so now I’m waiting for both my pizza and my side. Then I get my pizza which isn’t even fresh. This is now the second time it’s happened. What’s the point of hot and ready if it’s neither hot nor ready.

Service is good and food tastes great! But every night I eat I here, just this location, I wake up puking for hours and hours and it is miserable. The food is good so I keep making the dumb decision to go back and do it again lol but I feel something is not being under cooked or something maybe just not sanitary. I only ate 1 slice and some breadsticks and uhhhh I feel so awful right now from this food, and I’m sad I didn’t get to enjoy much it ): ran by great nice people though.
(EDIT: I believe what made me so sick was the sauce kept under the counter that is handed out with the breadsticks, it’s as easy as leaving that sauce out for just an hour or so can make somebody sick in the way I was. Also saw blue chunk in the sauce ??)

Sat in their lobby for 10 minutes, no one came to the front or took my order. The 3 employees in the back turned away from me when I walked up and tried to get their attention. The quality of this place has dropped drastically, do not recommend
Worst pizza place in laramie. Did an online order at 6:00 said it would be ready by 6:45 and it is currently 6:50 and they haven’t even put the pizza in the oven. And Jessica tells me “we are short staffed” when there was 5 people standing around behind the counter.

I’d really like to know why it’s advertised as “Hot and Ready” but no matter what time I go in during the times posted they never have any and there’s nobody making any.

I live a very busy life and I am in constant motion, so I don’t really have that time to wait.

Always tells me it’s coming soon but they have a pizza portal for online orders….
