Stopped by McAlister’s in Laramie last night to redeem my tea pass, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Nathan (I’m guessing he’s the manager/owner). Hands down one of the nicest humans I’ve ever interacted with at a restaurant.
The cashier helping me hadn’t redeemed a tea pass before, and Nathan immediately stopped what he was doing to help—no frustration, no impatience, just kindness. He walked her through it step by step and made sure she felt supported, not like she was bothering him.
While he helped with my transaction, we stood there just genuinely chatting about all the tea deals, including Free Tea Day coming up in July. It was honestly just such a nice interaction. You don’t always see upper management step in like that, let alone with that much positivity and care for both their staff and customers.
Oh—and the tea was delicious, as always. I’ll definitely keep coming back, because of awesome people like Nathan and the whole team there.

Amazing service and great food! so happy for the chose two for options and portion size. Hate wasting food and this was perfect though I’m petite woman who eats like a bird. Chicken tortilla soup was awesome! And the berry pecan chicken salad was delicious together! Hot and fresh! Strawberry Lemonade comes in a very large container but it’s a goood flavor not like the canned the Minute Maid tasting.

I called in a last minute catering order today and the employees were very helpful and responsive. They also made my last minute catering order and had it ready when I arrived. This is much appreciated and above and beyond. Thank you.
After requesting certain food to be left off my to go order for FOOD ALLERGIES and having them dump copius amounts of it on my food, i couldn't even get a refund! The manager literally couldn't speak english and accused my wife of lying!
