We were shocked to find a restaurant in Laramie that serves excellent authentic Vietnamese food. We were both blown away by the excellent food that is so carefully and correctly prepared. If this place was within 50 miles of our home we would be regulars.
Mizu sushi is so consistent with their food and service. Their sushi is super fresh and flavorful and it is always made the exact same. The service there is wonderful too, great staff that has been there for a while and remember your exact order when you walk in.

The spicy tuna roll was just ground tuna with a cucumber wedge instead of actual pieces of fish.
Service was pretty fast, although to be fair there was practically no one in the restaurant since we came on a Monday.
Atmosphere was weird, no music playing, not much decoration either.
