I stopped into Mizu Sushi for dinner and was impressed from the start. I kicked things off with the bang bang wings and egg rolls, and honestly, both were standout appetizers. The wings came out hot and crispy with just the right balance of sweetness, spice, and crunch—they were easily some of the best I’ve had anywhere. We were visiting Laramie and wanted to try one of our favorite meals, pho. After searching online, Mizu was the only restaurant we could find that served Pho.

The overall score I would give it is a 4 and the food a 3/5. I imagine if we had sushi it would've been rated higher in terms of food. However, the pho was not the greatest and I would recommend getting something else unless you are really craving the pho. We got the beef pho, and the broth was sour...

I am mad at myself because it's been so long since I've been here that I forgot how amazing the sushi is and friendly the staff are. This place is incredible! Keep up the good work chefs -- Tonight I had the Oscar roll, among others, it was beautiful, and it was the most delicious roll ever and I used to work in Florida so I know my sushi... Bravo 👏 My only regret is not taking a photo for this review *Edit* Turns out I did take one of the menu item... it doesn't...
